Supervisor & we got main cabin seating for the same price as economy. Which economy is what we booked for in the first place online. It wasn't our fault that economy was all sold out, they should update their online sales more often

Stopovers were long for the flight I booked. I was looking for a flight where even if there were stopovers, it was going to be dispersed among different places e. G instead of 11 hours in Seattle, it is going to be 2 hours in Seattle, 3 in Minneapolis, something like that. It spreads it over and makes it more fun as you get to see various places.
I was called personally by Rodney Hayes to discuss the fees I was charged and he worked with me to reduce the cost of my ticket and refunded me a portion of my ticket as I found a better price online.

The lowest published fares were on LookByFare. No issues with booking the flights, confirmation sent quickly, and the fare was the one that I clicked on... no hidden fees. Pleasantly surprised! Never heard of this site, but well worth the find!
