I bought a ticket, direct flight, 5 minutes later they called me back saying my flight was cancelled, I called them back to cancel my purchase, every time I called to cancel my purchase they said, I'm not able to cancel your ticket, only the person who sell it to you is able to cancel it, I was never able to talk to the person who sold my ticket in order to cancel my trip(zayn), I had to call my bank and put a stop payment to my transaction.
Don't make a mistake, stay away from this people.

I already booked my flight but haven't received my Electronic Ticket. And the Support team wanted the picture of my passport and the creditcard, which is not professional cause now i have no idea what they eant to do with my data.
In the same time I checked that I already have payed the ticket with my credit card. So I dont understand now where the problem is...

Ticket confirmation is not immediately available so there's a possibility that the fare will increase. But overall booking experience was great!
I purchased my ticket and thought I was getting a great deal and immediately received a phone call saying they had to add on 100 dollars for taxes or something.
I don't like hidden fees especially after the purchase was final!
