Easygoing great costumer service I had at first scheduled a flight to the wrong location gave customer service a call and they fixed it on the spot.
It was decently easy to do. Didn't really have too hard a time understanding the way the website was run. Only problem I had was I was offered a reduced price and when I called they said that the price they had was much higher then the 180 offered to me in the promo.
Easy to use platform. Suggestions to lower flight costs were really helpful. Easy to see what baggage is included. Clearly informs additional benefits and the costs before finalizing the order. No surprises with added fees.

My experience with Look by Fare was easy to navigate around the website and it didn't take all too long to find a flight that fit what I was looking for.
It's been excellent for know it gave different options at certain days I was interested and had different times to depart on the state I want to visit.

Experience is good but very disappointed I have to pay seat fare considering price of tickets.
On line experience was fine. Phone call a few minutes later trying to extract additional money was uncalled for.
There were a couple miscommunications but the customer service was very helpful and took care of everything. I was new to the site so it was different to me. The original fare was no longer available, but they called immediately to update fare and price. Took less than a day to get confirmation of ticket. Customer service helped smooth everything out. Would use again as long as it all works out well at airport with tickets.
