Can't complain I had a very good experience, amazing prices, customer service is very help full. I recommend it to everyone.
The customer service rep was very rude and when I asked about my refund and told him I found a strange that something will take 2 to 3 weeks to get back. He said well that is all policy and then went off to be rude and start yelling at me. You are supposed to be a major company major companies take 3 to 5 business days to return your money as I repeated to him on the phone he continuously started to get rude and yell. This will be the first and last time I use a third-party to book anything Very disappointment and they have to do better with a customer reps also and when I ask for a manager, he even got more rude and told me one was not available to call back and they will be available never again will I use a third-party to purchase any thing of any kind?
Still would like to see less add-ons on website - simplify

I paid $ 20 extra for a specific seat which wasn't the seat at all. Why even offer the service up charge then change it at the gate but overall my son is home on short notice thank you.
