I booked a flight from Washington DC to Cancun. After the completed booking, the sale rep called and asked me to pay more due to system errors. I told him I would cancel the booking and he asked to pay fees for cancellation. It was totally a scam, the rule cancellation within certain hours after booking is allowance. Lookbyfare is dishonor and shame. This is my first and a last to book this site. Please stay away...

It was ok. If I had booked in line directly with Frontier, I would have qualified for their one free carry on promotion that they refuse to offer through Look by Fare. But it is Frontier after all.
They called me asking to paid $150.00 after bought the tickets online. They told me that if I do not paid the $159.00 my reservations was not confirmed.

After we paid for the ticket, a lady from LookByFare, called for me to pay for another kind of insurance. She wasn't professional in her approach, but kind of aggressive. I told her we paid for 3 kinds of insurance already, what kind of insurance do we still need to pay. And the amount to be added to an already expensive fare was $72. I was a little worked out at that point. So the agent said she will do something to accommodate that other insurance. I was relieved.
