I want to change my return flight. It was before the 24 hour deadline. When I called they wanted to charge me $77.00. They said it was taxed I was paying. I was up set gave me different flight, for charge of 35.00. All I changed was the week. Not day or flight time. I shouldn't have been charged at all. I feel it's false advertisement and fraud
The price was amazing. The process was simple. Easiest fight i ever booked.
Had easy time booking flight highly recommend for easy convince easy way and doesn't take long to do very easy and not hard to do people are kind and understanding the cost of the trip is affordable and not expensive would recommend for anyone looking to booking a flight to do this way

I booked my flight online and I then get confirmation then I get a call telling me oops the flight is booked. I can offer you the same flight, seats, and times for a higher cost. So after calling them on that and their bait and switch and how I read they do this and threatening to cancel he takes $100 off. I then had to use two card as I didn't have that much on the one as I budgeted for a certain amount. That rep was also rude and overtalking me. Then I get a email late that evening acting like payment did not go through. I call again get another third party agent who was rude and told me he had to send a email to the guy I was dealing with that morning and he had no information to tell me on what is going on to fix it then. So I click link in email redo it again as I was not going to wait next day and then they say the rate went back up again. I call back get another third party this time a female. She verified everything was okay and should have flight confirmation shortly. I did get my information.now I just hope there is no more issues. I would not recommend as they come across rude and aggressive and do a bait and switch then charge you extra like they booked it for you themselves when you did everything online. So I'm guessing that is their commission.

I'm enjoying my flight with so much joy and I love the customer service and how they treat customers in the flight
The customer services tried to scam us by adding a $700 dollar charge on our booking stating the price of the tickets had increased. He refused to cancel the booking, which i chose to do realizing his ill intent. Spent an hour and a half in the phone because he kept refusing to process out claim. This was Saturday Oct 7th at about 5-7 if you want to investigate by "Harry" which is clearly a fake name.
