I called the other travel agency and they quoted a price and a time that didn't fit my budget. So I looked around with LookByFare and I got the right times and it was 200 dollars cheaper. It doesn't alway pay to call.
Easy and agent is very knowledgable when I called to ask questions, he assured everything was fine for purchasing a ticket for my son out of province to arrive home on time with very little identification.

Received a call immediately offering non-stop flights for the round trip. The caller noticed that we would likely have issues with catching a connecting flighton the outbound trip so was able to get us the non-stop flights for the same price and departure times. Excellent work!

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE SO RUDE ‼...I called 2 separate times and was met with attitude for trying to correct something that you all messed up on. My birthdate was incorrect and I was listed as a child on my ticket. I went to look at the screenshot I took when I originally did the booking and it was correct...so someone on your end messed up. When I called about it I was told it was fixed etc the first time and then the second time I called the lady told me to fix it with the airline...they charge $75...so I should pay $75 for something you all messed up on? That doesn't make any sense to me if I didn't make a mistake on my end. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because I enjoyed the fact that the price was cheaper.
My problem was resolved really fast.
