I originally booked and paid for two tickets before my travel date I lost my drivers license and was told I could not fly with a paper ID so I had to call and cancel those tickets at that time. I was instructed to pay $150 so the ticket amount could be credited for tickets at a later date ….fast forward I called to utilize the credited flights and was told if both tickets were not repurchased I would lose any any leftover credit so instead of using one passengers credit, I used the both of ours Adam offered me a nonstop flight for $50 more per traveler I agree he alsonotified me that there would be a $25 per traveler re-issuance fee so I paid another 150 altogether and was told as soon as my credit card releases the payment that I would receive my tickets in my email within 24 hours today. Makes 72 hours and I still don't have any tickets I called customer service, and after being placed on holdfor an extremely long time I was told Adam started the transaction and Adam has to finish it. He will be in within the next two hours and he would give me a call regarding this matter…. I've put my attorney on notice because this seems to be a scam and I currently have a hour and 30 minutes left before I give him the OK to go forward on his end on this matter

Next day receive card decline but took money already?

This company is a complete scam and will not only force you into more expensive flights by telling you the "prices changed after booking" well also not letting you cancel even tho it's no longer what you agreed too so you end up spending hundreds more and on top of that they overcharged my account by $790 and will only give 412$ back. I was looking at the flight prices online directly on the flights website while speaking to one of their representatives and they refuse to admit they charge service fees and just tell you the airline website is wrong for the airline prices. Not sure what the service charge is for when they give you no service at all, except being extremely rude forceful and liars on top of having to call them the day before your flight to confirm which again, what service are they providing if I have to do an extra step that Is not needed when booking with an airline. Run from this company.

I booked my travel yesterday and was informed that I would receive my confirmation and electronic ticket shortly after, I waited and waited few hours passed and I reached out to your office and was on the phone for over an hour only to be told to wait a few more hours and I initially made contact with your company approximately 5pm eastern standard time and up until 10pm I had yet to receive an itinerary so I continue calling only to hung up on yet I remained persistent and after 1am I was able to get an confirmation code, few hours later I arrived at LGA Airport I attempted to use the kiosk which was unsuccessful I seek the help of a delta agent who still could not locate my reservation so she sent me to delta information representative who also was unable to find an reservation so that person followed up by seeking assistance from a fellow worker who also unlucky in doing so then I was informed to hold on until the issue is resolved and that young lady came back and by that time I guess your company sent the proper documents or information to the staff at the airport and by that time it was too late to catch my flight

I had no problem checking for prices, locations, time and the dates I picked was perfect.
