I was going to hold my review on good faith that I received my items as promised. Well that didn't happen. As a matter of fact I have yet to even get a confirmation of my order that I ordered over 2 WEEKS AGO NOW! But best believe they got my money. I mean come on not even an email saying thanks we received and are processing your order. I had to call after a week. A guy promised he will priority ship my items on Monday to arrive today and nothing. Didn't get the tracking info he promised either. So now I'm ready to fly to Miami in am with no swimming suit or maxi dress! I'm livid with this company and their lies! And I want my money back!

Bad experience. Starting from the beginning, I went to place an order and there were certain items that were not available and I took them off my order and that was fine. However when received my order I received an order slip citing 2 of my of my items were not available and that they were to be refunded. This totally sucked because one of the boots were the main reason I even placed the order. Apparently, there website only updates their stock every 20 minutes was the explanation given to me, horrible! Had I not called I would not even have been refunded! This is also what I was told! Let me get this straight, you don't send me all my items? You charge me extra shipping? And you don't refund me? THEIVES! Oh and I'm not even sure if I will receive it but I asked for the pro-rated difference for the shipping since two items were not available one of which were a pair of boots since the weight of the of my package was much less. Not to mention, their items wreak worse than items from China. Totally cheap! One of my dresses smelled like this strong tar smell. Ewwww! Absolutely ridiculous! Lollicourture needs to get their $#*! together. Never again! I should get all my money back!

I ordered a swim suit over three weeks ago now and even paid for the 2 day shipping because I needed it that next week for a trip I was going on. 5 business days later and still not even a shipping confirmation. I called and the guy on the phone apologized and assured me it would be shipped out that next day. Here j am two weeks later and STILL no item... Pretty annoyed because I paid an extra $20 to have in shipped here in time for my trip. Going to call today and just cancel my order because this is just getting ridiculous.
