The shipping was $11.99 and 9 days later the order still hasn't shipped and is still processing.
They keep saying there was a supplier Mix up, they have my money & I STILL HAVE NOTHING! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I have called & called & even asked for a Supervisor to return my call... NO CALL, NO MERCHANDISE, NO REFUND... VERY DISSATISFIED
Ordered a dress two weeks ago jever recieved it or got confirmation that its been shipped. Took my money. Just great.
I was unaware that my shoes would arrive without boxes and that I would have to sort out the shoes. As if they were just thrown in the box. But I was pleased with the shoes overall..
The item was great but it too s little over a week to receive although I live an hour away from the location and being a shipping manager for Nike I know that is unacceptable. The shipping was too expensive for one bathing so although I like the product, the chance of me reordering is slim to none when eBay, Nike & others offer WAY better shipping rates.
It was delivered on time the dress was beautiful but had 2 pen marks
Received blouse and it is a nice tee shirt. The picture on the website looks like a dressier blouse. I will just wear with jeans also this company wants the customer to pay for returns I am not happy with this
Understand for health reasons that they're not returnable. However if the suit is tried on with underwear you should be able to return, (similar to Macy's, Penney's, etc).

Horrible Horrible service! Very rude customer service. Over 17 days to get package. I called before ordering and asked how long the shipping and they said no more than 8 days even waiting for payment to clear. Called 2 times to cancel one I saw I didnt get it on time. They ignored me and said would call me back and never did. After asking twice to cancel they said they would but still sent the item after i said I didnt want it. They dont care. Bad Bad service!
I received two of my three swimsuits and ordered an XL on each. They fit like they are XS. Very dissatisfied.
The shoes that we got in good except when I first wore the boots they got damaged really quickly on the heel and on the sides of the boots

My experience was ok the shipping was a little pricey and to receive the product with no shoe box was not a plus
I ordered an outfit 8 days ago, now standard shipping says 3-7 business days. That is understandable, but what is unacceptable is that my order is still processing after these 8 days. I have called and was assured by order was being rushed Friday and that I would have a tracking number by this weekend. I have yet to have it and my order is still being "processed".
I have yet to receive my purchase, or any status of my order. I called customer service and they couldn't provide me with any information either they just said that it's pending for shipment and I couldn't even login on your site to check it either.
Placed my order on the 11th, today is the 19th. Still not a word about when I should expect my order. I contacted customer service and was told,"well, you did order a special order item". I ordered a dress, one dress. No where in the ordering process did it state this was a "speciality item" and it would need 5-7 days of additional processing. They said, "that information is in our shipping policy". That information should have been provided when I placed the order. So judging from the rude emails I have received, they are blaming me for not reading the shipping policy, checking my order number against the list of 'special order numbers' first before placing my order. Who does that? If it's a 'special' item it should say so at processing not 9 days later in a rude email. I won't be shopping here ever again.
