I,'ll only give 4* because the one piece clothes I order was not what I expected to be. But I guess I dont know the fabric difference. Othen than that I did like the condition of my items.the time it took to delivery. I would say I Will order again. Afcours if my husband lent me the credit car. Lol
Once I made the order, it didn't tell me when the items would ship or when to expect delivery.
Don't waste your $26 on 2-Shipping it's a sham. You won't get your purchase on time. They don't warn you of "special" items that take longer to receive on their end. I am so disappointed!

Ordered dress two weeks ago. Still hasn't come. Emailed support, no answer. Wanted the dress for Halloween, but that doesn't look like it's happening.
Poor quality clothes, horrible customer service, and my clothes were received with DEFECTS! They would not let me return the items or give me a refund, after they requested I sent pictures of the damaged items & per their return policy they are supposed to provide a return shipping label, which they REFUSED to do. They customer service reps are very rude & condescending. I will NEVER do business with them again, and I tell everyone I know not to either. They are clearly internet scammers. They send horrible quality & damaged products, and make it near impossible for you to get a refund.
Zero stars is more like it! I rush ordered a costume for Halloween and never received my order. I was never informed by Lolli couture that my order was canceled, instead ups sent me an email! I am extremely disappointed with this sites customer service and will never shop here again. Save your time and money this place is $#*!!
My shoes came in the days specified, and it was exactly what I ordered and the shoes looked amazing!
Experience was terrible and customer service Was terrible. I was told on 10/26 that my order would ship on 10/27 to arrive by 10/29. As of the evening of 10/29, it still had not shipped. Customer service offered no resolution and couldn't tell me when it would be shipped and who else could assist me. I needed the item by 10/30. Won't be purchasing again from Lollicouture.
I shop with LolliCouture often, I get great value and product with no hassle- most everything fits well, I've only had one pair of shoes that didn't fit but the price was so low that I gave them as a gift so it all worked out.
I was hoping to get it for a halloween costume, i ordered 2 weeks ago. Very very disappointed.
I had to email the company after one and a half weeks to finally get my product shipped. Emailed them many times and all I got back was a tracking number that showed my order was shipped the day I emailed them.
I ordered my dress on October 21 and I promptly received a confirmation email letting me know that I would get another email when the order has been shipped. It is now October 30th and I have not gotten an email letting me know it has been shipped and I have not received the package. I was hoping to wear the dress for Halloween but now I can't. If I don't receive my purchase I will be formally complaining and expecting a refund. I am still giving 2 stars because the dress was a good price and cute. I also like that I was given an opportunity to rate my experience.
When the jumpsuit arrived there was a hole in the stitching in the front. Not happy about this. Maybe check your merchandise before it's shipped.
This store, company whatever it is, is horrible the worst customer service I ever received I orders this package on a Friday and paid for express shipping on the following Tuesday I called it was never shipping on Thursday I called still never shipped and Halloween is on Saturday lol mind you I paid 40 something bucks for express shipping. Haha the worst I think this is a scam actually.

Lolli couture is the biggest scam! I placed an order paid $19.95 for 2-day air shipping on Wednesday the 21st, it is now the 28th ( a week later) and I have still NOT received my package! After reading several other reviews (wish I would have read before I placed my order with this piece of crap company) everyone else has had the same issue with them. How this is legal is beyond me? I have tried calling and emailing several times to ask where my order was and NO RESPONSE, line is always busy or ridiculous wait times. Do your self a favor and NEVER order from Lolli Couture.
