Which brings up shipping... TAKES FOREVER! As in WEEKS!

One swimsuit I ordered was back ordered, without my knowledge. I have yet to see it- I would expect to be notified prior to receiving my order.

One swimsuit I ordered was ripped upon delivery.

This company messed up our order and then refused to fix it. Impossible to get ahold of. In three weeks of trying to resolve our issue they reluctantly agreed to swap our item for the correct one, provided we act in good faith and return their item in first class packaging first. Im sorry but I will not pay for your mistakes. Terrible business, worse customer service.

Found an affordable pair of boots that delivered more than expected once received.

I made an order (1 item) on October 26,2015. 8 days later, today, my package still has not shipped. I need it for a very special occasion as well.

Ordering and receiving goods from LolliCouture was a breeze! No complaints there! However, once I got my 2 jackets the fit was not as expected. Their size Large runs small. I usually buy size Medium at regular department stores and decided to go up a size since I was ordering offline. Needless to say I am unable to wear the jackets but my niece will find them of good use - hopefully!

Some of my rhinestone were missing on my shoes and the glue was showing and lifting. Overall my tops were nice and comfy. Loving my blue sued booties

Ordered product (listed as in stock, Order #*******) on Sunday 6 days before Halloween. Paid $36 for 2 day shipping. When I called 5 days later, they had told me it was out of stock and that they would refund. Horrible customer service as I received no notification at all, as the item was a $108 purchase itself and I was traveling to LA. I had to then find something in LA. Awful.

I ordered some boots and a sweater which both fit perfectly. I was suprised by how fast the shipping was. I felt like $17 was a lot but the quality and speedy service was worth it.

Never ordering from here again. I was suppose to get my costume for Halloween Oct 30 according to the website however the company to save money decided to have UPS deliver my package to the post office rather than my home when I paid for UPS to ship my package. Long story short my Halloween party was ruined!

Besides the ridiculous cost of shipping my order was cheap and delivered in a timely fashion :)

I wanted a refund since y'all did not ship my item on the second business day. I got the costume late. I paid 50$ for shipping and that was second day air. Then the outfit gets here and is too small. I want a refund immediately.

I purchase a big order from you all and most of the items wasn't true to size(very small)... I can't return because I got them on the 50% of promotion so it was a waste of $117... it would be nice to have some kind of help with this problem
