I ordered a product over a week ago and have not heard anything regarding when item will be shipped.
Was expecting a two dresses and only received one. Wasn't told that only dress was in stock. Didn't really get the dress I really wanted. And also paid express shipping still haven't received the 2nd dress.
I received my shoes Sunday. The are exactly how they weren't pictured on the site and they fit well. I will be ordering from them again great service.
Ordered over a week ago, order still hasn't shipped. I was given some sorry excuse about the snow storm in North Carolina, which was over a month ago so it should have no effect on my order... will be calling to cancel my order!

Merchandize was excellent, the first customer service Rep. Was not willing to go the extra mile helping me wiwith my order. Was having hard time setting up accyacct. I ask could he take my order over the phone he said no. I called right back and got a lady she was very nice and took my order.

Very unhappy with my purchase, I got all the wrong sizes from what I ordered and their customer service sucks!
Ordered next day shipping but package wasn't delivered the next day or the day after that. Shipping fee was NOT cheap, extremely high in fact! Called customer service the gentlemen was not friendly; he was very rude. He made it seem as if it was my fault my package had not arrived because I did not read every tab on the shipping policy page. Will not be ordering from this site again.
All in all it took about 2 weeks to receive my shipment. When I got it, there was a letter stating I had some items on backorder and to give them 7-10 days to get to me. On the invoice, someone had written "refund" by one item and "backorder" by another. Well I have not recieved a refund from them at all. They stated on the letter ilafter 7-10 days, they would contact me about a refund if it took longer... I never was contacted about the first refund (that I havent got btw). I am in the process of getting this resolved. Hopefully I wont lose any money like other people have said happened to them.
I purchased some items from this website on January 6,2016, it is now February 19th, 2016 and I still have not received my purchases as yet. They said it should only take up to 25 business days. Well, it's well over 25 business days and no purchase. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from them again. Very disappointed.

I received my order (5 pairs) very quickly, for the price paid they all seemed pretty well constructed and very cute, fit well.
