Terrible. Was promised I'd receive my order in time for my vacation placed owed on the 9th of February and still not shipped even though I've talked to two customer service reps and both promised it will be here. Will not order again requesting full refund!

I got an email that there where delivered. I am at work but I had someone open them at home and they told me that they look to small and I would need to re-order. I guess I'l see when I get there in about 30min

I've purchased shoes, boots, sandals, clothing, & more from LolliCouture. A majority of the items ARE FANTASTIC! One clearance shoe had the heel come off & another had the coating peel, but for the price, they were well worth it!

I an 135 pounds 5'7" tall. I am a size 7 which IS a size medium. I cant even get into my new swin suit bottoms. Complete waste of time n money. Oh one of the buttons was off of it before i even opened my package that had no receipt. Very disappointed!

Bad service, rude customer service it's states 5-7 business days but it's been 4 weeks

I have not received my whole order yet, so I can't make a valid review. I ordered 2 swimsuits and received one last week. And the next to the other suit on the memo, someone wrote in backorder... despite being in Stock on the website. No estimated arrival time listed. Hopefully it will arrive soon. It's been approximately a week.

Slow shipping. I still have not received my package and the order was placed weeks ago.

Experience was horrible. Will not recommend to anyone. Ordered 2 bathing suits both sizes xxl. I wear a size xl but wanted to make sure they fit. They are way too small, can't even get them over my hips. And the company won't exchange them. Your clothing should be true to size.

Bought a pair of boots and the eyelet broke before I even got to get them all the way on my foot. I returned them for a replacement pair and it took nearly a month. Same thing happened with the second pair and the hooks broke! Junk! Don't order shoes from this site!

This company has taken over 2 weeks to provide shipping details or even ship my order. Customer service department is not being helpful either.

I purchased to pairs of shoes last night around 8 I called to add items or cancel so that I could get the free shipping HANNA the supervisor stated that she couldn't cancel because it's already been shipped so I asked for the tracking number but she has none I asked to speak to someone over her and she hung up on me! Never again will I shop with them

The two pairs of shoes I ordered came together in one big package instead of separately, like most places I've ordered from tend to do. My order came in before I knew it too, which was beyond cool!
