Got my shoes very fast wasn't expecting it to come so fast it came in a week n some days I love my shoes they fit great I will b ordering more shoes from this website
I ordered my swimsuit a week and half ago and it still has not come yet, i dont know if I'll get it or not, but as of right now I'm not a very happy customer.
I called the next day to cancel my order. After waiting on the phone for a customer service representative to pick up after a 10 minute wait my first attempt and a 15 minute wait the second time, I was not only informed by the rep that it was to too late but VERY rudely spoken to. The first person I spoke with acted as if me asking why the shipping rates weren't free and jumped up with each item added to my cart acted as if me asking was a huge inconvenience to her when her job is to explain that to me. The poor customer service and overdue shipping time caused me to not only refuse to place any future orders, but highly recommend that anyone I know do the same. Horrible experience!

I am extremely happy with this company. Everything I ordered was true to size and the quality is amazing! The clothing is soft and the shoes and boots are compfy! Very pleased and will definitly be a repeat customer. Five stars +

Good packing they left the package in front of my door didn't even knock
I was hesitant to place my order after seeing some bad reviews about terrible customer service and shipping. I ended up saying "screw it" and ordered my shoes on the 24th. I got a confirmation email but not a tracking number or delivery date. Three days later I got my package! All the shoes are super cute and nice quality. They are the kind of shoes you would get at those cheap fashion shoe places in the mall but half the price. They have a strong plastic production smell to them but that's okay. Before I placed my order I was reluctant because of the free shipping over $50. My cart had $100 worth of products and I was still being charged $30 shipping. I emailed them basically saying wtf, they said they can't give me free shipping because I had deal items. That is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. If your site says you give free shipping over a certain amount of money, you need to give free shipping regardless if a person has sale items in their cart or not. I just don't understand that but I am very happy with my purchase thank you.
The shoes are beautiful, but the wrong size. I can not send them back because they were on sale. This is why I am dissatisfied.
It is impossible to get information to return items via computer and the represenatives were no help at all. I willnever do business with this company again.
I placed my order on 2/23/16 and never received a tracking number for my products. I finally called the company on 2/29/16 and was told they were just waiting on FedEx to pick up the package. As soon as I got off the phone I received and email that the shipping label was created. It is now 3/3/16 and nothing has changed with my order. I am going out of town next week and ordered the clothes specifically for my trip. I am very disappointed with the time it is taking me to receive my items.
I opened my box and was excited for my new pair of boots and heels. They were the perfect size and they looked just like the picture if not better! Will definitely be ordering from this site again!
Lie after lie. No tracking number. No email. No manager. No package. No answers. On hold for over 20 minutes evertime I called. Same douche of a man every time I called. I called the california bbb. People please do the same. Every complaint helps. They need to be put out of business.
I have not received my package which was supposed to be a 2 day delivery and the order was made 2 weeks ago.
I was scammed. I paid $74 for bathing suits that I never received. I called the customer service number and it was a dial tone. No one picks up the phone doesn't even ring. I would not recommend to anyone.
