I attempted to cancel items they refused and have now apparently sent them to me with no confirmation after their 7-10 waiting when things are on back order. They won't help me, there is apparently no manager on site and they have hung up on me twice.

I ordered a bathing suit from lollicouture 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received it or a tracking number

It just takes too long for the stuff to get to me. This is my second time ordering from this site and it has failed me both times because of the time it takes to get to me. I've never order something offline and it takes 2 weeks or more never and this seem to be something that happens with your site well the few times I've ordered.

The item did not fit after comparing exact measurements to what the size called for.

Parcel came very quickly. I was satisfied with the boots I purchased for the price I paid. Tops fit a little on the small side. Found shipping costs very high.

I placed an order for 3 items but only received 2 items. I've still been charged for the three items. No explanation as of yet or refund. As for the received items, I love them. They are great. I just wish I had the third item or some info on if they're even coming.

There is no tracking number so I don't know when my package is going to come in!

Really cute stuff on the website and customer service is okay. They kind of slow with responding. And shipping and order processing is terrible!

I have not received my order yet but the online ordering experience was easy, fast and simple.

Been waiting on my order going on 2 weeks leaving t0o puerto rico next week and no bathing suits gwt im stressing out

The shipping way to expensive & took to long. My first order w/shoe dazzle was free. I'll probably never order from you again because of the shipping expense for such a small box.

I have to shop on line to buy my shoes due to me having a wide foot shoes r hard top find the size 11 was true to size was was PERFECT will always shop this site for shoes

I order a large and it did not fit at all, I had all on my small friends try it on and it kind of fit them but the top does not cover boobs of any size.

Was looking for some red boots. Came upon this site. Boots were not expensive, fit perfect and also came faster than I expected

I put my order in since 2/18/016... I still haven't received my package and have never received an email with my tracking number. So disgusted. I need my package and my tracking number so I can atleast track my package!

I would like to review the product but i never recieved it. So i guess im going to have to say it was a negative experience.

I placed my order I never received a confirmation or any form of communication after I placed my order. The shoe's look nice but are cheaply made. Also the website said free shipping on orders over $50 but I was charged over $20+.
