I ordered a swimsuit for an upcoming trip. Shipping was supposed to take 7-10 business days, with processing either same day or next day. It is now 8 business days later and while I still have not received ANY communication with Lolli, I was able to track my purchase with my saved Order Number, and found that it still has not yet shipped. I emailed Lolli, and have not gotten a response. This obviously will not be here in time for my vacation.

I am not happy with my purchase from LolliCouture. I ordered sweaters for a dance group. I needed them by a certain date and if I had not called 3 days in a row, I believe I would have never received them in time even though I ordered well in advance. The quality of the sweaters seem to be nice but the sizing is way off. There are no labels on the actual sweaters I received so distinguishing the size between the 3 sweaters I ordered was difficult. The large fits like a small/medium. I wish I could return it but I have to match my group so I will deal with it.

The dress looked nothing like the picture and had a slit all the way up to my lady bits.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a bikini on a Saturday evening (when they were closed as they say they are open from 10am mon-fri). After placing the order and paying with Paypal (confirmation came from Paypal that the amount was deducted from my Paypal acct), I never received a confirmation of the order from LolliCouture. This worried me as I paid for a 2 business day shipment to receive the suit before leaving for vacation that next weekend. I tried to contact them via email from their acct and stated that I never received a confirmation of my order and that if they could not ship my order Monday to cancel the order. (on their website they say that in order to cancel you have to call them or they would not guaranty cancellation). So, I called them first thing Monday morning at precisely 9:58am and was placed on hold for 12 minutes. When they finally answered my call the gal, Hanna, asked me for a confirmation #. I told her a second time that they never sent me one which is why I was calling to confirm and to be sure it would be shipped on Monday to receive it as a 2 business day shipment. She wouldn't let me cancel, claiming (after she couldn't even find a confirmation #) it was "already in process and they couldn't cancel. I asked again does that mean it will be shipped out today. She stumbled around saying she couldn't guaranty it would be shipped out today. Again, I asked for her to cancel the order. She refused. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she hung up on me! It has been over a week now and I still have not seen any shipping information or indication that my item has been sent. I only get nasty emails from them stating "this is their policy". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
