The web set up is very organized, colorful, and catches my attraction to every product. I always find what im looking for most of the time. The only suggestion i have for the company to look onto is restocking sizes when u run out of a product your customers are still looking for( its shoes and dresses for me mostly), especially when they put it on their wish list. You want the business then you have to keep your customers happy and give them what they want.

I placed my order in 05/18/2015 my item is still being processed as of today 05/27/2015 I have never ordered something online that takes so long to process I have called lollicouture and the two stated that it takes three days to process an order well it's been 9 days so far. I wrote a review on here before but some type of way I don't see it. I did receive a email from a Jackie k that said I had the incorrect order number but how would that be if it's the order number that lollicouture gave me and I just simply copied and paste it from my orders from the site. I've ordered things from China on 05/26/2015 that's already shipped so why is it taking so long for a store in California to ship a item. So if you want to wait weeks or more months for items go ahead and order but I'm not ordering from here ever again and I'm still hoping I receive what I've paid for.

I recently placed an order with them. After a week of not receiving a shipment confirmation I called them to let them know I would like to cancel the order. I was hoping to have the order before I went on vacation. They stuck me on hold and never came back. So I emailed them. I did receive an email the next day stating my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund on my credit card. 2 days later they shipped my order and emailed my a confirmation. I called and they told me that whoever sent me my email lied and did not cancel my order. I informed them that I no longer wanted the order because they would arrive to late. Customer service told me to bad. Customer service girl was so nasty and rude. I received the order a week later and it was not even close to the size I needed. The extra large swim top I ordered to fit my DD's was so small that it fit my 14 yr old daughter who is a 32 A. I again called to see if they could at least send me the correct size and they hung up on me. What is wrong with these people and why are they still in business?

There a joke, no one ever answers the emails, the sizing charts are awful which resulted in me buying two bikinis that were extremely small, like a size 0 when they said "m" maybe they should advertise a better sizing chart so this doesn't happen. The pants I received were ripped, and the draw string broke almost right away, and they sent my bathing suit to the complete wrong address. AND when i write emails to inform them, they just dont reply. I am sick of your company and your customer service. I dont recommend this website to my worst enemy.

Do not waste your time or money. I paid over $30 to have 2 items rushed to me 2nd day air. One came damaged the other still isn't here. Customer service is rude, and they don't care. They offered to refund me $5 in store credit but that was it. The owners refuse to speak to their customers. The service rep I was speaking to said "They don't take phone calls, they don't have a number you can talk to them on ". The quality of clothing is cheap, the sizes are offf, and you may even get your item. They don't provide tracking numbers unless you ask. Overall just don't even chance it. You may get your items you may not, but it's just not worth your time to support such a corrupt company.

First off it took a week to ship my order when their site states orders placed before 3 are shipped same day. When I called them to inquire about the order I was told to give it another day. I ordered 4 Maxi skirts. When the order arrived, not impressed. One of the skirts was not the same color, the material is thin and cheap, and the skirts are not long as the picture on their site portrays, I also didn't get one of my skirts bc it was backordered... it wasn't backordered when I ordered it, I even went back to the site and they still have it listed in the size I ordered as orderable. Here is was the scam comes into play. You are taking a chance on ordering bc what is listed on their site is not necessarily available. They dont give u an option to cancel, and depending on what you order it may or may not be returnable. This is how they get your money.

I was looking for a birthday dress. I came across LolliCouture. I loooooved the dress so much that I didn't do the standard research I would do on a website wanting my money. I took a leap of faith and ordered the dress. Upon recommendation, my cousin went to the website however, she looked up the reviews. She called me and I was like "dang" I should have investigated. I went as far as to try to stop payment but my bank said it would take more money to stop the transaction that what the transaction was worth. So i held my breath and hopped the dress came. And IT DID COME. It came in a timely manner and it came relatively fast. I was happy with my order and i don't understand why people had so much trouble. I wasn't going to leave a comment but I wanted people to know that this site worked out well for me.

I ordered two swimsuits and then I went back and read the reviews. After i read the reviews, I had my order canceled. I was told by a rep that my order was canceled and I would have my money by
Friday. They sent the package anyway and told me to send it back when i got it. I sent it back and now they are saying I opened it so they want have to return my money. I did not open that package. This business needs to be shut down. It is a scam. I'm sure it is something that can be done.

I stumbled onto Lollicouture when I was searching for costumes last Halloween and I've been buying all my clothes here ever since. They have great deals, and super cute to super funky fashion pieces. I'm obsessed. I tell everyone to shop here. My only complain, it usually takes them a week to process my order and they flag it everytime for a security check to confirm my identity. I guess safety first isn't bad, but I want my order quicker. Usually takes 2 weeks or more to get my order. Otherwise I Love!

This website came up when i was doing a random search for hidden wedge shoes, they had a pair I had been trying to get from another site. In a my size and color! The shipping charges seemed pretty high and my order didnt qualify for their free shipping, even though it was over $50. I went ahead and ordered the shoes. After I ordered the shoes, I stumbled upon some bad reviews. I know, I should've done some searching 1st! I got very nervous and really did some searching. I read some awful review & got REALLY tense. I checked my bank account & saw the money was taken out, but order wasn't even processed, now I was beyond tense. I sent a snotty email. I got a callback in about 2 hours. Turned out the shoes I wanted weren't available in my size and they wanted to know what I wanted to do. I picked an alternate color and tried to let go of my fears. I waited about a week and fear got the best of me, I sent another email asking about order, I got a response saying it willship soon. I got it about 2 weeks later.the shoes were very nice, good quality. They came in the original shoe boxs, place I usually order from doesn't usually do that and I thought it was a nice touch. All in all, I got good customer service, prompt response and quick delivery.
