I used my PayPal account to buy these shoes after I received part of my order I soon realized I can't even walk out of the house in these things are so embarrassing. They look nothing like the picture and I mean nothing like the picture. I never received the boots that I ordered which were the most expensive thing that I ordered. PayPal was willing to give a refund but I had to ship back what I did received and that cost me almost $50 which I'll never see that money again. Customer service will never answer you I tried for 3 weeks via email via phone both numbers that were given to me. It took me opening a dispute with paypal in order for them to respond to them. If I could give them a minus a hundred stars I would do it in a heartbeat. The shoes are nothing but garbage no matter what ones you order because I ordered a lot of them and they were all garbage the on the shoes are bent where you can't stand the straps are made out of disgusting smelling plastic the buckles are missing the metalpieces in order to wear them. Their sizes aren't even consistent. If you're poor with low standards then yeah this would probably be terrific if you know how to float when you're walking. But if you're like most if not all people in this country the shoes aren't going to cut it and neither is the service that they offer. Prostitutes and crack whores have better shoes than this.

I ordered 3 things. A maxi dress, a pair of "stretchy" zipper leggings, and a pair of flowy black cotton pants. (Like the comfy beach kind)

I literally feel like I ordered from the darn baby gap! I can't even get one leg in the STRETCH pants hardly. The othe pair of loose fitting pants, are just ignorant. The waist is made to fit maybe if I wore a corset. The dress feels like I'm wearing a corset in the waist area and so the sides stick out by my boobs and you get a peep show of major side boob action. I was so pumped to get this stuff, and now I'm just irritated. This is my first review to ever write and it's unfortunate it has to be a bad one. The only thing that I can positively say is, it arrived fairly quick... but then when it doesn't fit... it defeats the purpose all together. I ordered larges by the way. I don't order things too small, this stuff just comes to fit a small Asian child I guess. I am 5'7, and weigh 145. A large should fit me without question. Anyways, long story short, their items aren't true to size and just rethink ordering from them.

There is a website called Venus.Com and I ordered from them as well and that stuff was awesome. True to size, quick shipping, and trustworthy. Tons of cute stuff. Check it out!

I can't even begin to articulate how terrible this company is. I normally don't write online reviews, but I wanted to help save another potential buyer from doing business with this company. Save yourself, and all of your hard earned money now because this business is a huge scam. I submitted an order about 3 weeks ago, and my items still haven't shipped. I tried calling and all of the numbers on their website are fake. When you call, it gives a busy signal and then just hangs up. The only way you can talk to anyone in customer service is via email. I emailed them multiple times about my order over the past few weeks. Initially, they sent emails back saying their site was experiencing maintenance issues and to call their office. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and then all of a sudden their site is working enough to give a response. When they responded, they said that my order would ship in two days. Well, six days later I still didn't receive a tracking number and I contacted them again. I got a response that my order would ship out in two more days. Four days ago, I got a fake tracking number. I've been checking it every day, and the status of my tracking number just says "label created". My items STILL have not been shipped after almost a month now. I contacted them again today, so I'm not expecting a response until a few days from now. That's just how they operate. I have painfully come to the conclusion that I wasted my hard earned money, and I probably won't receive my items. It's really unfortunate to run into a scam company like this, but I learned my lesson. I will ALWAYS do my research on non-mainstream businesses such as LolliCouture. I could've saved $50. Do yourself a favor, and save your money and sanity.

I am a buyer that has a boutique. Sad to say I ordered $623 worth of merchandise from lolli. I ordered back in the middle of February and it is now end of march. I ordered 9 styles of clothing with 3 in each style. I got 4 a month later. Some of it was dirty looked worn poor curtain material. And torn dresses. They will not refund my money and they keep lying saying I recieved a refund for the stuff I never got. At first they were saying the warehouse is on strike. I cussed them out told them I don't want anything and to just give me my money. I still have not got a refund or rest of what I paid for. Now they hang up on me whenever I call. Even tho my bank is investigating, I'm still going to sue them for my inconvience and because they turned around n filed a complaint on me because I want my money. Do not order from them. They are liars too. A lady named jazmin always answers n hangs up on me, after she lies n say I was refunded already. They are a joke. But I will get them shut down if its the last thing I do.

After the mess explained below, I did get my dress. Not sure if I would have without filing a complaint. It was as described and in new condition. I still would not recommend them if they are not going to answer their phone or emails.

Unluckily, I did not read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress, it has never shipped out, their email is an automatic response stating the email service is down. Their phone number is invalid. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California and suggest everyone do so. You will not get your order. Also, file a complaint with your credit card company so they do not get paid either. They still have the dress on their site. I think they steal photos of other sites, offer them for sale, take your money and run.

I made an order about a month ago, I still have not received my order. I am so glad I only made an order that came to about $30.00 because them $30 is a lost. I have been trying to reach them by phone and only get a busy signal I finally got someone about 2 weeks ago that informed me that my order would be shipped the next day it take 3 days to process but keep in mind it was 3 weeks at the time. Now 2 weeks later I still have not received and now the phone line is stating this number cannot be contacted from my calling area and I'm in the US. After reading the reviews I came to realization that my item is not coming and I'm out of $30.00. I'm Just glad I didn't make the purchase that added up to $217.00 from them. They are Horrible and the reviews I read that received their order you were lucky...

Hice un pedido en noviembre del 2014. Llego diciembre. Enero y fue cuando el 12 de febrero investigando entre empresas de transporte y encomiendo me entero q. El pedido esta en Barquisimeto pais´VENEZUELA. ¡por fin llego a Venezuela.!. Mi sorpresa es que cuando reviso el pedido me faltan 4 blusas de 17 blusas que pedi. Llamo y una tal karli me responde que ella me hizo el reembolso porque las blusas estaban dañadas. Bueno lo cierto es que.yo nunca recibi el dinero. Es increible como esta empresa roba asi de facil

I ordered a white dress and I got it within a week and it's perfect. So I went on and ordered lots of other things from shoes to bathing suits. I received the shoes which were nothing like the picture. I received some other outfits as well but did NOT receive my bathing suit nor a $30 shirt. They sent a paper with my package saying it was a backorder and would be shipped within 7-10 days. Well it's been over 10 days and I'm highly upset. I also tried calling and none of the numbers are in service so I don't know if this is a legit, unprofessional company or a legit scam. Very disappointed

Once before they took months to refund me for half of my order but for weeks told me it was on the way. Recently they won't respond to me, their number doesn't work and its been weeks. I think the sites a scam because the shoes I never got are even still to this day, listed on the site. Or I'm thinking maybe they don't have these items in stock sure a shell seem like they don't have customer service representatives.

Well I am glad I decided to look up the reviews before purchasing. The cheap prices had gotten me excited, but after reading about the free shipping after spending $50 (something you basically will not get because it had so many restrictions, unlike most other stores where if you spend a certain amount of money you will get free shipping, this store on the other hand has restrictions). All I had in my cart were 4 little cotton shirts and my shipping came out to being $15.99 that right there is ridiculous. I decided to wait until the next day to place my order after calling customer service and finding out why is shipping $15.99 for some tops that would barely weigh 2lb if even a 1.5lb. I ended up reading these reviews and they were not good. If people are paying 15.99-39.99 they should be getting their orders next day and no later than 3 days. Sounds like a bunch of scammers to me. Definitely won't waste my money there, will shop at other places who are reputable
