They are very helpful and they would do anything to get you where you want. Their deals are amazing and it was very nice having someone we can trust and work with at the same time. They might take a little longer to get the job done but it will come up great

Their team approach is very effective in matching what your ideas are for a design that you want on all public-facing materials. The questionnaire helps narrow down the mental "look" for the logo you wish to have. Going through all of the edits and fine-tuning was a breeze and they have been very responsive and timely in completing the tasks at hand. I felt I was a little demanding but they were very professional all the way through this process! I will use them again in the future for my secondary business!

Started off with just wanting a logo for a golf company. Someone tried to up sell me all kids of things I didn't need or already had. He didn't quite understand "I HAVE A WEBSITE". Weeks later the designs started to come in by way of some 2nd graders somewhere in the Country. Gave them a second round of ideas and they were worse than the first. Basically, the 1st time it was 7 all of the same designs with different fonts and colors and one gem of an idea with a golf ball in a crown? No idea of what that even is. Their name Logo Venture sounds great and I'm positive they have no one creative enough to have come up with that name. Asked for a refund, told we don't give refunds too bad we give you $#*! work, we can try again. They will not give you a refund and kiss your money good buy. You'll be one of the lucky ones that actually get a logo that you'd even consider putting on golf ball, that you'd hit in the woods.

Looks like... we have here, the... impatient and inflexible customer service.
Apparently they also have Australian page version, where i was actually talking to them
My conclusion, from my attempt with these guys to get the logo from them is following, and is what I have said to them at the end of phone call that I btw haven't requested form them and I still got form them - only to get bashed, btw:
So, this is what have I advised at the end of our failed initial deal, to the Logo Ventures:
"I would suggest you can undertake additional training in the following areas:
1 Customer service (do not make phone calls to customers they have not requested
From you, and respect their communication preferences)
2 Communication (eg. Do not talk at the same time with customers),
3 The manners (do not call people and organisations you have no clue about the names and assumptions and categories as to what they are not)
4 Listen carefully what customers do really need and don't let them repeat it
5 Never say to anyone "come back when you have enough money"
This, I would advise form any reasons, whatsoever, especially if you have advertised $35 starting pricing and after the order started it's already magically changed to $99
You are free to discuss further via the email, about the options for the price
You have discounted earlier, which is where I have lost you on the phone".
Now:
Need to say more, how also the nature of our business is misunderstood and insulted further by the same person, and categorized wrongly in my face with this "customer service" phone person as I talk to him, also having poor understanding of english as well and anything I say and I try to explain to him? I don't think so, for a change - we do have the manners at least, and for my vote here - stay away form these guys, people :).

Same experience as other reviewers. 'Jack' proceeded to upsell me via chat, I wanted a logo and was interested in the website option, but 'Jack' persisted with website costs. He clearly had not read my brief, rather just asked the same questions of me again, some example sites were shared and whilst one was ok, none of them demonstrated to me that they understood design or development, rather just used WP Templates, then after I advised I wanted a refund as we were not getting anywhere, proceeded to abuse me. I have retained a transcript of this apalling service experience, not that I think Logo Venture are going to be concerned, perhaps ''Jack' is Logo Venture.

I bought their introductory logo from their. com.au website, with one file which was what I wanted. I ended up payin in US dollars so it was even more expensive than I thought.

After continuous (CONTNUOUS) upsell I finally get them to start designing the logo. They designed the logo and then said that what I had puchased was a low res file which I said was fine, I only want to use it on a website, I will not be printing. Otherwise I had to pay another $200. The file they sent was not only the lowest pixelated res file you could fine but they had put the low res file in a huge document so when you cropped the logo it was completely un-usable. So it was a waste of money. These people are scammers and an absolute joke. Their process is to hook you on a good deal that is not what it seems and then wear you down until you pay them a crazy amount of money or you give up and waste your money. Just use Fiverr, at least you can complain about someone on that platform. Never again.

So I went to them because their teaser intro price seemed ok. Guy on the phone upsold me (i realised that later but was still comfortable enough).

Logo done unlimited revisions and formats. In the end we settled on something I felt was what I wanted. I emailed the Project Manager team and said ok its all good send me the files. Considering I had already paid I assumed it would simply be a case of files sent. Done and dusted. Happy for both.

But no. One of my account managers Henry Collins said we needed to speak on the phone to finalised this. I was skeptical but ok.

He calls and about 3-4 mins into the call he's still dragging this out and I'm wondering yep the logo is great. Already paid. Why is this call continuing? He asks if I want to pay another 100 USD for copyright. I say no i'm good.

Mic drop. Silence. He asks "why?" in an incredulous tone and I say I'm not interested. He says well give me a reason why because the authority will want to know. Or words similar to this. He meant to indicate the body that handles copyright I guess.

I then said I dont think thats relevant. Its a work of art paid for and commissionned by me alone and I've zero interest in copyrighting it and nobody should or needs to be informed my reasons why that is.

He cuts me off multiple times or tries to. I say "Henry shutup seriously". Then he goes on a train ride of "no you shutup" ending in him finally saying "Go $#*! yourself" and he ends the call.

I then contacted Logo Venture who sent me what I had paid for... and thats it.

I would not recommend them further. The artwork was fine but in the end as others said its just this long annoying journey of them trying to upsell you the entire time.

Their website development is one extra sell after another. Like others have pointed out, the costs keep adding-up each step of the way. Whatever you do, don't use their Content writing service - mine was done by some school-level person whereby I had to re-write everything.
I've had to update my Review of Logoventures after they sent a strongly worded email to me about legal action etc. and asked me to remove my previous review. I guess if you don't write a glowing review then you get threatened for "internet defamation". Lovely.

This company is terrible! Do not file any trademarks, copyrights or hire them to create logos ect. They have a so called in house legal dept that is non-existent. They take your money and file nothing. They supposedly filed a trademark for me three months ago, but when i asked for the serial number of filing they gave me excuse after excuse. Months later after assuring me that the filing was made, they finally just gave me a refund. They never had a trademark and they wasted our time and eventually cost us more money. Furthermore, they try to pressure you into spending as much money as possible, but give little in return. I am not even sure that they are a real company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! They act as if they are running a business but I think that its fake. They may be recycling someone else's work and selling it back to the public. If it sounds to good to be true... it is!

1. Bad customer service
2. They just try to sell you through the entire process
3. They are very unprofessional over the phone
4. Don't listen to the customer
5. Give false deadlines
6. Did not refund me

Horrendous is the best word to describe these people.
The only positive thing they did was design my logo well, but that was the product of individuals I did not experience.

I started the logo process seven days ago and the next day they contacted me NOT to discuss my logo, but instead to upsell me. I am easy to close and they pretty much told me the original package that was advertised all over their homepage wasn't good enough. So I upgraded, and even after that, nearly five hours later, the "project manager" named Henry (or team salesman) called me so I could reiterate everything I put on my request, then proceeded to take me through his web development sales pitch. I have extensive sales experience so I understand all the techniques, shot them down, and told him to not try to sell me anymore.

He was initially understanding, and said my logo designs would be done in 48 hours. So two and half days passed and I didn't hear from this guy again, so I gave him a call to get a refund, and of course three minutes later he sends me my logo drafts to pick which one I want. I informed him of which logo I picked, and he said the final drafts would be sent soon. The next day I called, he tried to sell me again on their trademark "deal" and of course I shot that down again. He proceeded to tell me I would get the final files by Monday (this day was Friday). It is currently Monday night and after emailing him and calling him today, listening to him tell me I would have the logo by today, however I have yet to receive my logo.

I called to ask for a refund 2 times and both instances they forwarded me to the "project manager" who LAUGHED at me! I was very abrupt with them and told them to send me the logo immediately if they wouldn't refund me. Of course, after being firm he sent me the logos.

They advertise a low rate for a design. And if you are not a designer (like I am not), then it sounds like a good deal. Turns out you will need to pay three times as much to get the "formats" that you actually need. Then throughout the process you will continuously be hit with more pesky phone calls for sales pitches to up sell or cross sell you.

By the end of this whole process, they would not even give me the logo that I choose the way that I wanted it. There are PLENTY of other logo designers on the internet. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! TRUST ME.
