Despite me discussing through their online chat portal what I wanted and the price, they then came back at me when I had signed that all the options what were "included" were actually extra. They offer a moronic 100% satisfaction guaranteed refund which they don't honour. I've repeatedly contacted them since site handover for additional work because the code writer didn't let me know how to update that within the site and they just don't even respond. Absolutely distraught as I have a site filled with errors which I can't fix and neither can anyone else. What a waste of my hard earned money.

This is a scam, they wont give you the files unless you pay an additional $250 USD but the designs are terrible anyway so you probably don't want it. But the scam is that if you don't pay up, he will threaten to take your design (the one you gave him as an example of what you want) and register it under his name (or sell it to another company to do the same) this way someone else is profiting from your IP and you no longer have rights to your own design. What's more, is that he has managed to get you to pay for all of this. My guess is that the 5star ratings on here are from his colleagues.

Im surprised people are giving this company positive reviews. Just confused if those reviews are genuine or not!

I ordered my logo around in may and paid through the website. I was called by a guy saying that i could make as many changes as possible, etc etc! They took some good time to get my logo done. After a week, i got some logos And i clearly told them I didn't like it. I was sent a long email stating that i chose a basic plan with 3 choices of logo! Well 1st of all it doesn't matter if i have 3 or 300 hundred choices to select from. The question is if i will like any one of them! After all its only 1 logo that a client will choose and use, NOT ALL!
I was very disappointed. I had to choose 1 logo with a heavy heart. Later i was called by the same guy and he forced me to pay for the registration! That a**hole doesn't know how to speak or provide a good customer service! I don't even know why he is even employed!
He started to shout and fight when i refused to pay for the registration! I told him off and hung up.
Later i was emailed by the guy who designed my logo. I still till date didnt use any of their logos because it was simply rubbish and pathetic.
This is the worst worst worst company and the customer service is below down grade!
These crooks will surely not return my money for sure and neither will they provide good selection despite customers giving them CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE LOGO WANTED!

I had purchased a logo design, animated video and social media service and thought I was purchasing from an Australian company.
I was charged in USD which didn't state this on their website. I also didn't receive my design within 48 hours as stated in their advertising. It has taken weeks and constant emails to then when asking for a refund, logo design sent through but have not received the animated video or socia media banner. Absolutely disgusting customer service. So unprofessional. I highly recommend you never engage this company to do your graphic, social media designing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I initially purchased the basic pack from logo venture and was told someone would call after the weekend to discuss the logo designs. All that was discussed was upgrading my purchase which initially seemed like a great idea. Not once was the design discussed before the call was ended.
Once I finally received back the designs I did a reverse image search and found several logos from various other websites that the logos were basically identical to. I emailed my concerns to the team and received a call the following day asking if I was ready to finalise my decision (after being told I had unlimited revisions) to which I explained that was not the point of my email. All that the employee rang to do was get more money out of me as it was now apparently REQUIRED that I pay $449 to have the company complete the copyright of my 'final logo'.
"After we have completed the form, we will send you the final logo designs and paperwork for your copyright" I explained that I had STILL not decided on the logo entirely and wanted to see the "final" high res files I was promised and had already paid for. It took them much convincing before receiving this, I did not receive the business card designs I also requested. I was then called every single day asking for payment for a service I had not yet agreed or decided upon. Until finally I said to stop calling me, the logo venture employee decided to tell me how $#*! of an idea my business was going to be and continued to tell me I would be charged as I had "agreed" to have the copyright completed (which I had not, nor received anything about this). I was told how I knew nothing several times before I hung up the phone.
All of this is also charged in USD which is not stated anyway nor do they tell you this.
DO NOT USE GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY.

Logo Venture plagiarized a logo my company invested in. I happened to see the graphic while I was connecting with someone on LinkedIn, and I thought, "that looks familiar." It was an exact copy of the icon we designed - stolen right out from under us. It will cost me too much money to fight this legally (which LV knows), so I'm resorting to warning others about using this company. To add to my frustration, when I contacted the company that bought the plagiarized logo, they said LV even charged them to trademark it!

These guys talk very nice and polite but if you look at their website, they don't have standard website links like "about us" or "contact us". I asked them where you guys located and they said we have a production house in Sydney! But they don't give you the address in Australia!
You can clearly find out whom you dealing with by looking carefully at their website. Don't fool for colors and graphics! They keep insisting you to make a payment. I attached a screenshot chatting with Jim Collin.

Thanks to Logo Venture, I found the perfect design for my logo for my new business expansion. I had about 20 different designs submitted and many of them were awesome. It was very hard for me to pick the final winner. I had to hold polls having friends, family and business associates help me pick the winner. Once we had picked the winner I got help from my people to choose the final revisions as well. Now I have the perfect logo for my new brand and for the price I paid, I am shocked at the service I received. I will be back in the future to offer other designers opportunities.

These guys are like experts in overcoming "graphic's block"... I kind of know what I want, but need some fresh approaches. I've used them twice. Both times superb service. Even when they were done, I found I wanted a little "tweak" and did it myself in Photoshop. It is worth every penny to get yourself on the right track(s) toward envisioning a logo that represents your message. Awesome Work!

We have had a very positive and productive experience with Logo Venture and their website building services. Sam Wright is assisting us and he has always been attentive to our requests for the site and accurate in his design per our instructions. It is not an easy task to convey your vision for the site over the phone but, Sam never misses a beat, even when we have personal delays, he knows right where we are and gets right to it. If Sam is any indication of Logo Venture ability to deliver, then, they are delivering quite well. Thank you, Sam and Logo Venture for creating an awesome website for us and making it just the way we asked.

BEWARE - This is definitely the worst logo company which I have ever dealt with.

They have a nice website with great salespeople just to lure you in but then for me it all went down hill rapidly. Please don't fall for it because my story can happen to you.

The designs were amateur and they lacked any creativity whatsoever, so I decided to Google a few key words for my idea to try to help them.

After a few Google searches I discovered that they used stock photography for a few of my designs and tried to pass them off to me as original art work.

Can you imagine if I had selected a stock photo as my company logo? And the lawsuits that might follow if my company becomes big?

I decided that I couldn't work with them, so I cancelled my entire order since they had offered a full money back guarantee.

This led to a call from "ROY" who uses a phony British accent and calls me bro. He begged for forgiveness to try to get me back on board but I said no. All I wanted was to part ways and find a new company that I could trust with my idea and money.

This guy would not stop and I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company.

That Led to more calls from ROY who then started to threaten me. He claimed that he will ruin me and my credit history for life. I just laughed at him because I'm not dumb enough to fall for it.

Fast forward many months later and they are still trying to get any money they can from from my credit card company. I have never seen a business do anything like this to that extent when they admitted to me that they were wrong in writing. I even told them I will write this truthful review and Roy told me that it didn't matter nor do they care. It's unbelievable!

LOGOVENTURE, please leave me alone and stop your scam.

This service exceeded my expectations. I received several high quality designs for my company logo. Many were so good, it was hard to select the winner.

I am more than happy with my experience with you guys, the speed, professionalism and quality of everything made this a very easy process. I will definitely recommend you folks to anyone looking to get a logo done.
