Excellent team! Listening to what I want!... the simple and basic rules in business is to listen to what the customer wants and not just selling everything. So this company does listen to me. Jason and his team is very helpful in creating my logo. When they said Unlimited revision, it is unlimited revision. And due to I am in Australia, creating logo and all of the marketing can be time consuming, since they are based in US, the time difference actually fit me well to reply to emails on the project after hours. I am creating the whole marketing for myself and was thinking to create my website with somebody else. But because they are very attentive and always listening to what I want. I go with them. So I am in the second business with logo venture now. People say, customer satisfaction is important. In my opinion, customer satisfaction means nothing until you got repeat business from that customer. So, well done Logo Venture, I am happy and already back again.

I recommend Logo Venture to anyone who is starting up their business. They were very professional and answered all my questions in a quick and prompt manner. The logos they provided to me were awesome and exactly what I wanted. They also assist you in getting your logo registered and copywritten as the owner for your protection against thieves.

I am OK with the logo but their service is not up to par. I paid for my logo and had to contact them after not hearing from anyone for a few days. They barely answer the phone so I was only able to get a response through online chat. I got my proofs within 24 hours as promised and approved one of the designs the same day. It took a week of phone calls, attempts at the online chat, and responses through their project portal before someone told me my designer no longer worked with the company. I was disappointed but willing to work through the inconvenience.

When I finally got someone on the phone, instead of discussing the long wait, he immediately went into an aggressive sales pitch for me to allow him to trademark me logo. After 15 minutes of him arguing with me that this was necessary he agreed to send me the files I was promised. But wait there is more. Now he wants me to allow them to design my website which I declined. We went so far as to tell me I was an unprofessional business because I did not want to purchase any further services. Overall it took nearly 25 minutes of telling him I would simply like my files to get the person to comply. When I gave him the final word he simply hung up.

As part of my package I was supposed to get a design of my business card. I replied to their questionaire over a week ago and still haven't heard anything.

I was not going to choose this company for my logo as I found them bit expensive when compared to others but my daughter wanted me to go with them anyways. I would, I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the quality results this company produced for my new setup. I can't ask for more but I've decided to bring in some more business for my upcoming campaigns to get satisfactory results no matter if expensive or not. Anyone searching about Logo Venture online can close their eyes and take a step forward with them.

Logo Venture was found through google while I was searching for a design company who can create what I had in mind. They had several packages to walk me through so I decided to spend $200 to get my logo. End result was beyond expectation. My point of contact, Henry and Thomas were really helpul and gave me complete understanding on how I can use my logo on different mediums. Again must say, I am extremely happy
