I feel like Iready is a waste of time because I have to do 45 min every week so that's like 20 min on Monday and 15 on Wednesday and other min on other days and some times I have to do a whole hour and that the diagnostic's are way too hard sometimes and they need more games for "my stuff" and that they should be free. So yeah iready sucks and they need improvements and also when I failed a lesson my teacher would be like your getting a strike but for what just because I am 10 and I don't know wow just WOW! Okay so like it's mostly in math because I 'am bad. But some of their lessons just say SOLVE and I'am like OKAY let me get this straight you say SOLVE but I don't even know what they are talking about like what REALLY IREADY REALLY. Here's my motto for iready I'am not ready for iready.

Crappy site
February 28, 2022

This site is learning abuse to humans. I am a student at a middle school, and I have to do I-Ready every day at school. This site should be not used, and teachers should use Alex instead of this website.

I-ready, more like I die
February 25, 2022

Im in 8th grade but it gives me 7th grade work. Sure, ixl does give you very little (albeit confusing) explanation for getting it wrong, but I-ready gives u NO explanation, however the catch is, u are still explained the answer when u get it RIGHT, at least ixl doesn't give an explanation for getting it right. Thank god there is no high school i-ready to my knowledge, but k-8 people have to suffer through this hell. Also, the diagnostic is expected to have 50% correct and 50% incorrect. That is fine. However, on the lessons, the pass rate is 70 PERCENT! Since when do you fail by getting 66%? That's a passing grade, but i-Ready says, "haha lol, time to do this lesson again even though you got 65%", making people want to die. I'd rather be arrested as an innocent person then do this. If ur a parent, plz save ur kid from this. If ur kid's school does i-Ready, take them out of the school and home school them. If ur a teacher and have to do i-Ready, risk getting fired and ask the school to stop requiring i-Ready. I-Ready owes me 1,000,000,000,000 braincells. Instead of requiring it, how about make i-Ready optional. No wonder so many school aged kids have depression. It is really dehumanizing,
I can't wait for june, when I wil be free from this spawn from hell.
When i have kids and my kid would commit suicide, i would sue iready.
The people who like iready were probably held at gunpoint and the hitman said "LIKE IREADY NOW"
This wasn't meant to offend anyone, but this was meant to expose the prison known as iready.

I have to do I-Ready. Every. Single. Thursday. It takes time out of my actual good classes. That's not how it should work. But that's not I-Ready's fault, it's my district's fault

I don't like I-Ready because of the lessons. If I was given the option to skip the unnecessary cutscenes to make a little "story," I'd do so gladly.

And if you're going to even think about having cutscenes. Get a good animator. Get better at the lip-sync and voice acting. It looks/sounds displeasing...

And the explanations. Oh my Lord. I know how to do the problem, you don't gotta explain how I did it.
One word: tedious.

Hello Reader,

Even though this app was produced for learning, the lessons stress me out. Sometimes it takes me around 1 ½ hours to complete the instructions, only to fail the quiz and have to redo the lessons. Instead of making the person redo the lesson they could just make them redo the questions they missed. Overall doing the quiz could stress one out because the instructions aren't that helpful, and doing the quiz not knowing what it's about is the reason one is stressed doing the lessons. Also the instructions need to be updated, to adapt to one's mind and help them actually understand the lesson. I'm saying this from 3 years of experience, the only reason I did i-ready was because my school forces upper grade to do I-ready lessons. Which is stupid, just like school districts who force students do the lessons.^-^

Iready? What for?
February 23, 2022

Iready takes so much time to finish and sometimes the system will have a problem and skipping ALL the students work for one lesson making it more work u have to do since iready reversed everything you did. Personally i think iready is very useless and wastes time. Teachers often think ireadys a great learning/practice website but teachers post multiple ireadys due in one or two days where each takes up over 1 hr+. Science shows, 2hr is the best screentiming for 12 and up in ages. Just delete iready already. Khan academy, math games, etc are so much better than iready. Teachers pleaseeeeeeeeee we students are literally suffering because of this random website called iready with 10 ireadys due in 2 days!

USELESS TROUBLE
February 22, 2022

I'm an English learner and doing i-ready this crap doesn't help my English, it's a complete waste of time.
The most outrageous thing is that whenever I do i-ready on Sunday and check it again on Monday, it shows up as if I did it on Monday. Every week, I need to spend a whole hour doing this damn crap. There was a math diagnosis, and there were several questions on the test that we had never learned. This resulted in a very poor diagnosis on that occasion. Every week I need to spend a full hour on this cumbersome piece of junk or I'll fail my grades. In fact I don't even want to give i-ready a star for this crap software!

I hate I-Ready
February 21, 2022

I am a student and I hate I-Ready. First reason is that the diagnostic is like super hard, yes it tells us that but still. Say if you get it wrong, first of all it doesn't even tell you, you got it wrong. Second you can't go back like say you just realized you got the answer OOPS can't go back. Third the lessons that are TEACHER ASSIGNED are so hard and it's not going to help me that I have to do them again! Fourth, the comprehension checks oh my god there so hard. So like I personally prefer a paper test then on a computer especially from I-Ready. I wish h Ih could give this 0 stars

My opinion on I-Ready
February 19, 2022

My teacher makes my class do at least 6 I-ready lessons a week, and it takes at least 40 minutes to complete each tutorial. The tutorial is so so so much longer than the actual quiz. The reading i-ready isn't all so bad as the math lessons, but the reading I-ready lessons are all the same. I-ready makes us restart the entire dam thing if you get 50% or lower! I am in 5-6th grade and I have been doing I-ready for years. My grades have been lowered just because of my I-ready scores? I added another star since the reading lessons are pretty short. Plus, they won't even let me add photos in this review.

I have to pass 2 stupid lessons for iready for math and I failed the second one because it worded it wrong in the 3 math problems it gave me. And I got a stupid 63% which should be a barely passing D anyways but it still failed me and now I have to spend the next hour doing it all over again.
