Your sizing is inaccurate, your products cheaply made and let's discuss that return policy SHALL WE. DO NOT try to exchange items@ Loft.com. The policy is not clear but let me lay it out for you. There is NO exchange policy. YOU MUST return your items, wait for them to credit your account back and THEN TRY to repurchase items. It is literally the ABSOLUTE most ridiculous policy of 2018. Oh yes and their customer service department ABSOLUTELY SUCKS.

Ordered this for my wife >3 weeks ago as a gift. Never came, had to call them 2x and never got any answer, wrote them an email and got a generic response after 3 days saying they will look into the matter then after 4 more days I got an email saying they don't have it anymore. Of course you won't because it's almost a month since the purchase was made. Very poor service. Never had any decency to apologize properly. Just dismisses a customer. Would never recommend this to any one, and have spoken to my wife about just buying from a more reputable company with better clothes to sell.

I ordered 3 tops from Loft. The first top came and it was fine. The second package came with some sort of fuel spilled all over it. It smelled terrible so I didn't accept it and it was sent back. I then called Loft and explained the problem. I asked that they send out another package. They refused unless I paid for the new items. At no time was there an apology for my inconvenience, rather the customer service rep was rude and impatient when I asked why I'd have to pay for the new package. She actually hung up on me. I wish I had stayed on the line to give my feedback (I forgot and hung up). I'll never order from them again.

I tried doing three buy online pick up in store orders, only to find they were immediately cancelled stating the item was no longer in inventory. Curious, I called the stores and the items were in the store. I earned my Loft Cash and wanted to use it before expiration. You are cheating your loyal customers first by not letting them use what they earned and second by not mailing your loyal client base monthly coupons or promo codes. Poor, unacceptable business practice to say the least.

I've been a loyal customer for years and years. Last month, I ordered 5 items. I got one quickly. The other four didn't make it during the timeframe they said it would be delivered so ended up having to contact customer service 4 x's to finally get an email saying the remaining items were out of stock. Poor service and horrible system to check merchandise availability!

I completed an online order and did store pick-up. I received an email saying my order could not be processed but with no information on what to do from there! I called customer service and they had to re-order my item, took all of my credit card information again and I was passed to the customer survey immediately following my card information being shared, no confirmation of how much was being charged or date of delivery being shared. I called back and the next person I talked to didn't even see a purchase order in the system from me so I cancelled my entire order. I will take my money elsewhere. This was my first experience with attempting to purchase from LOFT and last.

I spent forever picking out items when they had a good sale. Over half my items were cancelled and no one contacted me to see if I wanted to make changes or replace my items with anything else. I had to look up my order to find out they just weren't going to send me 5 items. The worst thing is everything that was cancelled was still available online. I called and asked them to send me the items and the customer service representative said that those items are and backed out of stock but the online inventory is incorrect. How can you run a business like this? They should seriously get some help because every other company seems like they can do it. Will never order online from them again.

I purchased a pair of pants from LOFT at the end of August 2017. At the time I was told that I had 45 days to get my money back if the tags are on and I have a receipt, otherwise I'd get a store credit. Yesterday I went back to return the pants, and was told that I could only get $15 back on the $42 pants. I couldn't believe it, I had the receipt and the tags are on the pants. The store clerk insisted that was their policy, but I was never told such a policy. I requested to speak to a manager. After about 10 minutes, a manager came to over ride the deal and gave me a store credit of $42. Be aware of this sneaky way to steal your money, I will not go back to LOFT!

Unbelievable. Trying to use a gift card valued at $100. There was an "authorization hold." Yes a Hold on a $100 gift card. I tried to "chat" to fix - Julie couldn't help and gave me a number to call. The rep couldn't help. Then I tried to call customer service only to learn I had to wait 8-24 hours for the hold to be lifted off of the $100. Unreal!

I have been a faithful Loft customer for several years. Their clothes are current and affordable; however, I have had a MOST unfortunate online experience. I ordered two sweaters and received a pair of slacks that belonged to somebody else. I returned the slacks to my local store. I still have not received my sweaters despite repeated contacts. My bill has not been adjusted. Will hesitate to shop at Loft again.

Online service is the worst. This has been the third time that half of my order has been cancelled because the products were out of stock. Don't make me waste my time looking and purchasing items that are not available! Very disappointed!

I'm done with Loft, their online order is the absolute worst. Half of what I order comes back as out of stock and then my money is tied up for 3 - 5 days. You (Loft) seriously need to fire your entire IT department and get one that can handle real time inventory. Other companies do it with ease. You've lost my business.

Way to lose a longtime customer LOFT! Paid my ENTIRE bill a day early in July. You bill me a freaking $1/month after for what you call a trailing interest fee on my previous balance that I had PAID OFF! How does it make sense to bill me for interest on an amount I pay off not only on time, but a day early?
Supervisor wouldn't budge. Very sneaky way to conduct business. Lost a customer over $15.
Said they would waive the $15 "if you stay with us and don't cancel your account". What a load of BS...

The brick and mortar stores are nice. Clothes are ok quality by today's standards, and should last through a year of wear and washings. Definitely recommend avoiding buying anything online. They do not have a uniformly applied sizing system. Sizes vary wildly from item to item or even just year to year on the same item. Their return policy is atrocious. They charge you for shipping both ways (approx. $17) nonrefundable, even when the item is not as described, wrong size or damaged. This means you have the pleasure of paying them while receiving absolutely nothing in return but an inconvenience.

LOVE
August 17, 2017

I've never had an issue with returns or otherwise.

LOFT is the only brand that I've found that fit perfectly regardless of the piece of clothing. As far as returns online, I've made sure to note which items were "final sale" i. E. no returns, make sure you know you'll like the piece/they fit.

When I went shopping in-store, they didn't have what I wanted in stock so we ordered it online, with the same deals as well as free shipping to my home.
Plus, when you order online, they come in a "give back box" package that you can donate your gently used clothing and recycle the package --just print out the packing slip! (I'm an advocate of recycling and thrift shopping... I wish that loft had their own thrift store -- although they have timeless pieces, so it's understandable why they don't;-))

My first online purchase, I made a mistake in choosing my promo codes (first time buyer vs. typing in the code). I emailed them and withing 2 days they credited me for the difference

**no I wasn't paid to make this review -- I just received an order that I made a few days ago... christmas in August!**

My second Credit limit increase request was done MULTIPLE TIMES (at least 4X) and no action done - no call, no paper mail, no nothing. I kept emailing them thru secured message and they just kept saying to expect a call in 10 days. It's been over a month now! DISAPPOINTING.

You can see an item you want, add it to your cart, continue shopping but then the item is missing from your cart at checkout because in the 10 minutes you were on site in total you receive a message that you need to check out that second or lose an item because someone else wants it. Sure you could do that if only ordering one item but if not you can rack up some shipping changes per item instead of having a total of one order. Very Tacky, plus you receive offer code over offer code but they never honor them
