All of the tee shirts I have purchased from Loft have almost immediately developed pin holes in the belly area. They are garbage! This includes tee shirts bought in Loft stores, on line and discount stores. It also includes sleeveless, short sleeves, 3/4 sleeve shirts and long sleeves.
I was treated like dirt by the employees. The employees at Loft Outlet in Smithfield NC were unprofessional and unfriendly. I bought an overpriced sweater from the store and wanted to return it by mail because I live an hour away. The store manager would not allow me to mail it back to her for a refund. Other stores would gladly allow it. I called Corporate office and they refused to assist me as well. I will never shop there again! It's no doubt why stores like these are going under- poor customer service!
Their system was not calculating the discount correctly at the checkout and so I ended up calling and chatting with 4 different people in last 2 days who were highly inexperienced. First call was about 2 hours, chatting was about 2.5 hours, 3rd chat was totally waste and 4th one got me so frustrated. I didn't wanted to be mean and they were mostly old ladies and was trying to be cooperative but this is just horrible. All 4 had problems placing order. They kept getting credit card error and used 2 different cards but came up with same result. They have no clue how to proceed. Very inexperienced. So I asked if they could apply the discount and save it in my cart because they were unable to place order even after hours of retires. None of the could do it and they had no clue about it. I said I want to cancel this order and the last last insisted someone will call you and no one called me. I emptied my cart and will cancel my credit card as well. Horrible just horrible experience. Negative rating from me. Can you train some good people to do business?
Retail store staff not friendly and bad customer service. Tried to return item ordered online to store in shopping plaza in town for wrong size. Loft 30 day return policy is not consumer friendly. I didn't know about the 30 days. The staff in store were rude only stating read your receipt. Not only did I lose money on the return, less than 1/2 what I paid, they would not credit the card I used to buy the item only gave me store credit $15.00. I would think Loft would be in the business of trying to keep customers, not chase them away.
I ordered dresses on cyber Monday sale. It took weeks for them to be shipped finally on Dec 17 I got email said they were shipped. Waited weeks until Dec 23 on the ups website my shipping status said voided informaition received order undeliverable. So loft withdrew my order so they can ship the dresses to a customer with a higher price. The customer service was not help at all, they kept giving me the runaround, online CS said call our 1888 number to help you and the call center said to contact our client services online. Disgusting customer service and shady business. Very disapointing and will never waste my hard earned dollar on loft or any affiliated stores.
I was placing an order for a purchase, and I put my card information in and it came back as "error, check your card number and CVC code" so I went back and retyped it in thinking maybe I typed the wrong number. It kept coming back as an error, so I gave up. Then I went to look at my banking account, and I have 5 pending purchases for $104.59 in my account even though the purchase kept saying error check my card number. I called customer service and they replied my order did not go through. They advised standard policy is an authorization fee even through the order did no process. My bank was able to fix all but one order, which has not gone through, I will have to wait a couple of days and then have to file claim my bank advise. Next dayI tried the next day to place the same online order. Same exact ec=experience from previous day. I called customer service again and was asked if my card info was correct, If I used a different email., phone #, exc. Honestly save yourself the hassle and just don't order online. Clearly from below reviews something is wrong with this website. Customer service is not helpful and I honestly will not shop here again.
I placed two orders with Loft. One order included a pair of pants with a raveled hem. When I tried to return them, my only options were to pay $7.95 to ship, or find a store and return them there. After placing the second order, I noticed that the price of the items went down by 10% a few hours after placing the order. They refused to adjust the cost of my order. I will never order from them again.
I received a package from someone else inside mine package. Went to drop off at the store so they could sent back to the original customer. I believe I could only drop off to an associate, but had to wait in a long line. I was treated that I was the wrong one in the story. Ridiculous. Next time I will throw the package in the garbage. Would give "0".
Careful ladies... Loft raised their prices from the night before Black Friday (I did a little 'window' shopping online after a great meal) and put some items in my cart. Some items DOUBLED from last night while in my cart! I should have just gotten them the previous night, and truly saved 50%. Boo on you Loft. Disappointed.
Why can't i see any of my past orders. I literally cannot see the order of a delivery that just came today. It says you have no orders even though i see have orders pending. Just awful. This happened the last time i ordered too. And when i called apparently customer service could see it but i could not. I will no longer be ordering online. Plus i don't receive a purchase confirmation in my email. So if you don't take a picture of your purchase at the time of purchase... you get nothing in the same or text to say delivery on its way or anything. Oh and after i receive some delivery, i typed in the order number that came with my delivery of course nothing could be found.

I called customer service to try and place my order and to clear the pending charges. The customer service representative and I were on the phone for 40 minutes. The rep stated that she placed my order in the system, but couldn't send me a confirmation email. She stated she would have another department follow up with me. After three days of not receiving a confirmation email, I called customer service again to follow up. The second rep I talked to stated she couldn't find my order and that there was no evidence of my order being placed. I am livid as the first rep lied to me and even promised expedited shipping. Customers beware! Save yourself the headache and do not shop here.
I have shopped at both the Loft in the mall and the Loft outlet. I bought a couple of cami's from the outlet, they did not fit my daughter and I wanted to return them to the Loft. I called and the lady told me we cant take returns from the outlet because they are outdated clothes. Since when are cami's outdated! Very poor customer service, I am done shopping there and have been going for over 10 years.
Should have read their review ratings before I ordered online from their website - turns out I'm not the first person to get an error on their first order and place a duplicate order only to find out that the first order actually did go through and you cannot cancel either order. I tried canceling one of the orders within 30 minutes of placing the orders when I found out that the original order actually went through only to be told they cannot cancel either order. So I will be charged for two separate shipping charges of $8.95 each because of their website error plus I will have to go to the hassle of going to the store and returning one of them.
So buyer beware do not place a duplicate order on this website chances are your first order will have gone through.
I bought a bunch of clothes for an upcoming work trip. The plan was to take them home, figure out what I needed, then return the rest. I didn't have time to return them before the trip. Honestly, I wasn't even worried about it. It was just an errand to add to the to do list when I got back. Went to return today, and they said I was 2 days past 30 days so all they could do is give me back 40% of what I paid for it. Retail is my profession. I was appalled at how selfish and not customer friendly their return policy was. This is honestly one of my favorite brands to shop, but no more. If they can't respect their customers, I can't support their business
I ordered a pair of slacks according to Loft's own size chart and my own measurements taken right before I placed the order. The pants I received were big enough for two people my size to fit into! Then the online return policy "did not recognize" my order number so I had to go back and forth with an online helper. If the other reviews are any indication, I am not optimistic about the return/refund process. These sales tactics are simply bizarre, do they just think we will just say "oh well" and forget about our hard-earned money being wasted? Very disappointing.

I have been a loyal Lift card holder for years.
In April they changed the Rewards program.
Before the reward points you earned came as a coupon on the bottom of my statement. I saved these rewards for three months, using before the first one expired ( 3 mo.) I could have as much as 150.00 to 200.00 to shop and spend. Making a trip to my local store and of course spending more than my 200.00 rewards most times.
Program changed April 19, now the coupons don't come with your statement. You redeem in store or online. Just something special about receiving those rewardswith my statement, made things better when I mailed that check. LoL
Also, now you can only use 4 rewards at a time online.( 5.00 x 4 =20.00)
Only use 6 rewards at a time in the store, 5.00 x6 =30.00
If you shop online and return an item, you loose all reward points.
Without the rewards program the way it use to be... their customer service is not worth having the card.
Horrible customer service.
I had a terrible experience with Loft. They are absolutely horrible, they promised to help and they never refunded and when I followed up. I received no help. Don't buy from them those who do not value loyal customers don't deserve our business. Safe your self the trouble and buy somewhere else.
Shopping in my local store is fine but ordering something online is a nightmare every time I have done it. Placed online orders for 2 items that were not in my size In store. Two weeks later and said items still haven't shipped! Called customer service - several times - and after getting the same canned speech was told they "estimate" delivery tomorrow so can't "look into it" till then. Well if it's due here tomorrow and is still "processing" then clearly I'm not getting my merch tomorrow! Awful!
I've shopped for over 20 years at Loft, have always had a Loft credit card and shopped there first. I've ordered online and returned items when they didn't fit and always received a reply and refund within a week. BUT NOT ANYMORE! I placed several orders totaling over $800 and I returned the items, placing them in plastic bags with the order number atta he'd on each bag for those itens. It's been 3 weeks and after hearing nothing from them I called and they said it would be 3-5 weeks to allow for refund! Seriously? They said I should have mailed each order separately! Even though I had all items together and labeled for each order! Loft never used to be this way! Do they have a new CEO or what has happened to Loft? I had paid off my Loft card so all these items were from my debit card. Needless to say, I will NO LONGER be a loyal customer to Loft! I also cut up that Loft credit card!
