Poor service. This company kept my money for 5 days before I had to badger them about my order not being shipped. I was told for that no apparent reason a third party company had flagged my order for fraud. I still haven't received a refund on an item they charged $55 but then offered as an add on for $39. I asked them to make it right and yet they refused. And Dangerfield lock picks are terrible as well. Avoid these guys at all rish.

This vice changed things for me. I was used to holding locks in my hand and picking them open. Then I came to my first real deadbolt that I had permission to open (we own the rental building) and suddenly the angles were different, holding the pick and tension wrench was different, everything about the experience was different. This vice is a marriage between the two. It allows one to sit comfortably and even tension with the left or right hand behind what would be a solid door but the angles can be placed just like real-world locks. I cut a strip of leather to wrap around the holding clamps so as not to scratch certain locks I own. I have needed this vice for a long time and am so glad that I now have it. I use it daily. It is well made, well priced and a great buy for anyone who loves to pick locks!

Paid $27 for skeleton keys that did not open my cabinet. Company sent me an RA. Awaiting refund in a few weeks TY

I lost a few little tiny screws from one of the products I purchased. I notified them and they sent replacements in the mail right away. They always respond to inquiries and their product is excellent. Great working with a company that knows how to do business and customer service.

I've had a few minor issues due to product, shipping, and errors on my part. They're always responsive and resolved every issue I had perfectly. High quality people that do better than just making things right.

I am leaving this review because of the level of customer support I received. I thought I hit a dead end with my problem but the level of concern/care was next level. The site was easy to use and they've a variety of items to choose from. Will definitely keep coming back.

Definitely a great new hobby
Everything is amazing except the smallest lock in the set shot the center spring and driver pin straight out first little push with a hook and very little pressure. Found the driver pin and plastic plug but no luck with the spring. Otherwise I really like and enjoy all the products I purchased.

I came across LockPick world and figured why not give it a try. Well I am glad I did! I always received my items as stated and everything was perfect. I came across some hard times and needed assistance with returning an item. LockPick world was so helpful and never came across with things like per our policy etc. They were so helpful and understanding. I would choose them over other companies simply because this behavior shows they care about their customers on another level then just sales.

This company, lockpick world, is by far the best Lock Pick/Locksport/Locksmith/Entry Specialist supply company in today's market. I deal with a lot of companies that I buy from and this is the only one that has a rewards points program where you can earn points for every dollar you spend on their website and and for various reasons you can earn these points that go towards free shipping money off your purchase celebrating a birthday even they give you points towards purchases. No other company on the market, no name brand company does that, except lockpick world! They also email you to let you know that you're the reason that they're in operation that they're able to be a business Chris Dangerfield and his group actually partially email you to compliment you and thank you for your purchase and then offer you a discount on multiple items from their store. This is amazing customer service and customer care! When you buy something from their store they'll even send you a booklet sometimes telling you how to use the product and the in's and out's of it's function not like an instruction manual I'm talking like when you buy rakes Chris Dangerfield wrote a whole pamphlet a very detailed one about how to write in the different techniques in detail. This is amazing! When you buy something they'll offer you 20% off if you buy a second one or 20% off anything in the store if you purchase in the next 20 minutes. No other company does that! And I bought from a lot of companies this is the best try it out you won't regret it. I'd give him a 100 Stars if they had it go that high but it only goes up to 5 stars so 5 is what I could give them!

I am always suspicious of a company with no telephone number to contact them. Why a company would have a warehouse with no real address and no telephone number. It smells fishy. You have anotherin Nashua NH. When i called nobody answered but only the next day. I told them i was billed from a store in UK. They said sorry we have no business in the UK go check with your bank which i did, Then 2 days later someone from lockpickworld send me an email sigtned by him with 2 adresses. One in FT LAUDERSALE FL and one in the UK. When i asked him why 2 addresses 9n different coutries he replied oh i am the owner of both distributors. Very confusing.

My or was a mixup but was resolved with one e-mail. Perfect! I'm one happy customer planning more business in the near future.

My purchase experience was overall a Great one. Website was easy to navigate, everything I ordered was delivered relatively quick. And the products I ordered came exactly as described. I did not have any issues buying or receiving the products I bought. I would recommend this company for your lockpicking needs.

I don't often leave reviews but I felt like I needed to in this case because of how well this company conducts it's business. I purchased a beginner's lock pick set from them a few weeks ago. Not only did the package arrive quicker than I expect but the company went above and beyond to meet my needs. When I had a question that couldn't be answered by staff, the owner of the company took time out of his busy day and reached out to me. Not enough companies actually care about your satisfaction. LockPickWorld does. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was very excited to place an order with this company for a Christmas present for my brother who was interested in getting into lock picking however it has been over a month and I still have yet to receive my order. I emailed in the second week of December and got a prompt reply saying that no guarantees could be made on delivery time but that a refund could be made if desired. As I really wanted to get the product I asked that they continue with the order. After a few more back and forth via email, I was promised the item would ship "in the next few days" starting on December 20th. Obviously, a hectic time with the holidays and the supply chain issues but multiple promises being broken is no way to do business. In my last email, I asked for shipping confirmation by next week or a refund. Still very hopeful to receive the product as the reviews I have read from those who have received it are very good.

This company ripped me off for almost $200.00 in merchandise ordered last year.

My experience with LockpickWorld has been great. Fast shipping even to Canada good costumer service and product arrived as described packaged well and on time. They got good deals and carry a good selection Of hard to find items would totally recommend costumer for life 5 stars all day long!
