I originally had some difficulties understanding why my order hadn't shipped, so I sent an email asking that question. Within a day Gayle had messaged me back with all the details and different options I had available to me, offering to help me get the same deals that I did with my first order if I decided to switch, as well as upgrading my shipping to tracked so I had a better idea of what was going on. Both responsive and caring Gayle helped me through the entire process while being incredibly pleasant the entire time. 10/10 I will gladly be buying for them again and again.

My experience with LockPickWorld was one of my worst online shopping experiences, and quite an expensive one (I lost $110). I purchased several kits as a birthday gift for my son and (shocker!) USPS lost my package, so I email several times LockPickWorld explaining the situation, but nobody replies to my emails. Seeing that I can't contact customer service, I open a dispute with my credit card. Next day I get an email from LockPickWorld telling me that they'll ship a new package. By this time the birthday has already passed so I email them back explaining the situation and asking for a refund. Again, no reply from them. About a week later I'm getting the replacement kits, so I email customer service again, explaining that the package arrived too late and I want to return it. They send me an RMA, so I return the package and cancel the dispute with my credit card (BIG, BIG MISTAKE!). LockPickWorld receives my package, and then nothing. During the next couple of weeks, I email them several times asking for my refund status, and since I'm not getting any replies, I'm trying to reopen the dispute with my credit card but guess what: I can't re-open a withdrawn dispute! A few days later I get a nasty email from Chris Dangerfield, the LockPickWorld owner, telling me: "Had you not opened a chargeback against us I would have gladly refunded you." So, I emailed him back trying to explaining the situation, but he continued to ignore my emails.

It appears that Lock Pick World is the US storefront for UKBumpKeys, and as far as I can tell they don't' have a presence in the US. It looks like customer service is not existent and the way the owner treated a customer tells you everything about this company. If you want to deal with them, good luck!

And, oh, just to clarify - this whole situation happened before the COVID-19 pandemic.

I ordered 3 beginner lock pick sets and they shipped me 2 peel notebooks! These were supposed to be Christmas presents and ordered in plenty of time. How do you confuse lock picks with note books? I only ordered from them because they were recommended by Bosnian Bill. He needs to rethink them. UPDATE: They explained that they share a warehouse with other e commerce companies, causing the mispick. They quickly refunded my Money..

My son actually found the product he wanted on this website because his favorite lockpicker on YouTube, BosnianBill, orders from LockPickWorld! Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and prompt! And communications via email were always responded to within the same day or 24hrs. The staff answered all of my questions and were super helpful and nice. Would recommend this site to anyone for future orders and look forward to ordering again soon! Thank you so much for making this such an easy order!

My positive experience has been the following with LockPickWorld. I emailed them with a couple of questions I had about shipping, to which they responded well within 24 hours. Personally, I think 48 to 72 hours is acceptable knowing that I am not a business's only customer. So, I am totally satisfied with the timeliness of their response and they answered my questions clearly.

Shortly after receiving answers to my question, I placed my order. I received immediate order confirmation via email, and shipping confirmation within 24 hours after that with tracking.

Ok, I tracked my order and had a delivery date estimate. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived several days earlier than the tracking indicated.

I ordered the Dangerfield Polaris Rake set. They are very nice picks, with a better than anticipated case. Like anything that you are used to by touch or feel, something new takes a bit of time to get used to. Like my old framing hammer for instance, changing to a new one after 25 years took awhile to get accustomed to... not the fault of the hammer.

I like this pick set, and have been using them on a variety of locks I use to practice on. The more I use them, the more I get the "feel" for them. Also, the included pdf file on this set has raking/rocking tips that I had not considered before and found them very useful. This set they will be part of my edc/travel kit.

In a nut shell... LockPickWorld was quick to respond to my questions, quick to confirm my order, quick to ship my order with free shipping and tracking, product arrived sooner than anticipated, the product itself is well made, priced fairly, and lives up to what it is advertised as being able to do.

In my opinion, LockPickWorld could not do anything more to make me a satisfied customer and I would recommend them to my friends.

I was a little worried from all the negative reviews but decided to give this site a chance. The site I normally use was sold out of Kronos multipicks. Couldn't have been happier with my experience. They were actually WAY faster shipping my item than the site I normally use. I'm used to having my item not even ship until like 7 days after my order. This site shipped within a day and I had the Kronos and case in my possession within 5 days. No complaints at all. Will definitely continue using this site as long as it goes this smooth every time!

Purchased Praxis 21 piece kit and top of Keyway Tension Wrench set after looking at reviews online and on YouTube. Both products are as advertised and could not be happier with the quality of the products. Have dealt with this company several times and have asked a few questions in the past. Their customer service has always fast and courteous in their responses. Free delivery with purchase over 35 dollars came within the 5 to 8 days stated on their site (in came on 5th day). This is one of my most favorite places on the internet to purchase locksmithing tools since I have taken up the craft as a hobby. See attached picture of products purchased.

First off, I'm having a very hard time understanding this "5 star satisfaction" nonsense that is being thrown up onto there website. It seems there is no way to place my own review on the website like any one of the review's on the website. On top of that, they are claiming 5 star even tho they are given 1-4 star's all over the place on different sites and platforms. So, I decided to test and see how true these review's are and I took it to LockPickWorld myself and had one of my buddies in another state and myself to order a small kit. I made an order for a 21 piece kit and I was met with a 4-5 day wait watching and waiting on tracking "expedited" to even say "shipped" when well, nothing. So after harassing them for day's with email, finely the kit was shipped. Cool, alright. So I wait 3 more day's and it gets here! Awesome. After opening the kit finely, I'm missing a few picks. So with that being said, I had the same experience as most one star's. As far as my buddy goes, his order STILL has not been shipped. This has been an issue I been seeing on many site's like including Reddit since 2017 but some how it seems only 5 star's make it over to the website but not any other one's. That is not how ratings work. LockPickWorld has with out a doubt some cheaper prices but I would NOT recommend the website at all to any one. Pay that extra 10$ on the same kit some place else because at least you won't have the issue's and nonsense with them. You pay for what you get! Here is also a response from them about the review's they claim are not fake.

Bought a Dangerfield Praxis lockpick set. Good set but the case has a design flaw where there is a hole underneath the end of the zipper track so that when you think the case is closed, a pick can fall out. I wrote to Chris Dangerfield to tell him about the problem and said I was just going to order another type of case. He said it was a known problem and he'd replace the pick. He then checked and saw I hadn't ordered the case, asked me if I was going to. I ordered the case, received it, and no further communication. He didn't replace the pick and hasn't responded to numerous emails. He was my best friend when he thought I was still going to buy something. The pick isn't the issue. I can buy it for a few dollars from another dealer. That he doesn't stand by his products or live up to his promise to replace a pick when he said he would is problematic. The fact that all 775 reviews on the company website have 5 stars is just too good to believe. Especially since I wrote one that had 2 stars that doesn't seem to have posted yet. Bad business practices.
