The items from this company really works well in teaching beginners how to open locks and veterans to keep brushed up on their skills.

I ordered the praxis kit and was told to expect delivery between April 1st- April 3rd. It's now April 4th and tracking says the carrier is still waiting on the item to be shipped. I've contacted customer support and they replied by sending me my tracking number which I already had, so not very helpful. I can't comment on the product yet but so far working with this company has not been ideal. Orde US-*******

I am sorry for me After a week they send my order which is power button and body it's broken why because they are second hand deller they sold a machine which was out of the stock I asked them if you are out of stock cancel my order next day they shipped broken one now I have Wait 30 days for refund and... you be careful they don't have Even a phone numberfor contact them

I just spent $100 worth of products on this website about weeks ago, I purchased 2 Jigglers, Tension wrench, and a lock. Still no shipping or a response. Please I hope this not a scam I have been waiting and I am running out of patience

This lock pick set is great for everyone. I "picked up" the basic of lock picking right away from it. I've got my picking times down to about three seconds, and only I've had this set for three days! It's a great set, because it has both beginner and advanced tools. I doubt I will need to buy another pair of lock picks ever again (but I might buy more stuff from Lock Pick World because I like lock picking so much).

Also, the customer service team was exceptionally good. My dad originally ordered this set for me for Christmas. Sadly, it hadn't arrived by then. My dad contacted customer service (a rep named Gayle) and it was explained to him that LockPick World had contracted with a third party for shipping, and that the third party shipper had screwed up. It was very refreshing that Gayle was so transparent and honest. But instead of just saying "Sorry, too bad," they shipped another one out ASAP. It got here after Christmas but in time for my birthday. And then ironically the second one also arrived! Gayle said we should keep both, and give one to a friend. It turned out to be my favorite birthday present!

I ordered a high-end Micropick Elite set from their website on DEC 2 (approx $200). It was to be a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged immediately but as of 10 JAN the order hadn't arrived. Their only method of contact is via email. I had been communicating with them about a previous, less expensive order. When I inquired about this order, they stopped responding to all my emails.

The day after I posted this review I was contacted by a customer service rep, and by the owner. Both were courteous and apologetic about the issues I experienced. My order was immediately fulfilled and the shipping charge was refunded. The items are of good quality and met my expectations.

Love the product and it works great! Customer service is top notch. Would definitely buy from this company again.

I recently purchased the Beginners Lock Pick Set and am I ever glad I did. I have found myself a challenging new hobby. Just a wonderful company as well. The book that was included is fabulous. I am learning all about how locks work first then I will tackle the variety of really well made locks and quality supplies that come in the kit. The staff I have dealt with have been more than happy to help with anything I need as well. I highly recommend them.

I was inspired to buy this after my partner and I locked our keys in the garage, at the same time. :( I can't imagine i'll be needing to pick too many locks in the future, but if i do, LockPickWorld's 01 Challenge box will have me ready! I opted to buy the book which is nice because i can just pull it out whenever for reference: it does a surprisingly good job of explaining the finesse needed for lock picking. Obviously, the videos online are easier to understand, but still, the book was well written. I wouldn't say it's a necessary purchase. I didn't realize how many picks I would be getting, so I was quite delighted at that, I already have favorites! It was cool to experiment with the different styles, and helpful at creating a fundamental understanding of what was happening within the lock as well. Im very excited to master my skills and get the next level difficulty of practice locks. If nothing else, its fun to fidget with while watching tv or riding in the car, like a brain teaser with a practical purpose!

I bought a Lock Pick Set Beginners Box for my husband as an anniversary gift just 2 weeks before the date. After a week I was a little concerned about whether it would arrive in time and sent an inquiry to check-in. The staff at Lockpick World responded to my email very quickly with an update. The kit arrived in time and was well packaged in a sturdy and discrete box. The kit itself is very high quality! The pick set is stainless steel (some other kits I researched actually use brass) with a great variety of picks. The see-through training locks are very solid.

10/10 would buy again!
