Hello Chloe. If you instigated a chargeback there is nothing I can do now, you will have to wait for your bank to reverse the fees. If you have not done that, please email me with your order number. We have been trading over 10 years online and have built up a great reputation. Yes, occasionally things go wrong and it takes a bit of working out - that's the same with all businesses, but unless we receive communications from you we do not know what's happening. So if you would like to email us, I will look into this immediately.
Ordered a set of picks and paid for expedited shipping. Waited a week and with no tracking received I emailed them. They said picks would ship out next day. 3 days later I email again and they stated there had been problems with their US fulfillment center and the order would be bumped to two day shipping and shipped out next day. Order was not received as they stated.
This makes two direct lies in response to the order status and shipping. This is reaching the point of fraud/theft.
I'll be emailing them one more time before initiating a charge back, just to be as fair as possible.
Hello Duane - I think I remember this issue. And I do apologize, I know how frustrating that is. But we send out so many orders, very occasionally one will get lost, go missing, be late - there's many things that can happen, that is out of our hands. But we do whatever we can to put things right. If your order has not been received and you want it resent or a refund, please email me, and I will get that sorted.
Ordered a set of picks from them in on 12/28/2017, paid for 5-7 day shipping. Waited around 9 days and hadn't gotten a tracking number. I put in a support ticket and got a basic response about how it it should be there soon. I figured sure holiday's delays happen that's fine. Waited another week or so and still no package.
Tried to submit another support ticket which was closed within 5 minutes saying it was completed. I had to retry around 5 times before I finally got a ticket that didn't automatically close. After a few days I get another response saying it was probably lost in the mail and they will resend another set. Okay, great. Here I am on 02/02/2018 and I have still not got my package. Trying to submit another support ticket and having similar issues as before.
Very frustrating, also I noticed they have a section on their site called "testimonials" and every review is 5 star but if you go around the actual site you notice there is a lot of unhappy reviews. It seems they may display only the 5 star reviews on the front page.
I'd definitely stay away from this site, better to stick to a tried and true site. I will update this review if something changes but I've kind of lost hope at this point.

Having said that, I do not know why you had trouble emailing us, for that I do not know what happened, and would like to offer my apologies. Please email me so we can get your order to you or refund you - it's your call. Also, regarding the testimonials, we deal with over 50 orders a day, that's a lot of orders and I am pleased to say the huge majority of our testimonials are great, but problems occasionally do happen and rather than talk to us, many customers seem to rage quit and leave a bad review, rather than persuing it with us and allowing us to make it right. Anyway, email us and we'll sort this out for you.

Answer: Hello - we have four Customer Service agents including two who work weekends. During busy times, there might be some delays of a few days, but we're constantly working to shorten these times. But we've been trading nearly twenty years and without good customer service, I doubt that would be the case.

Hello Thomas - without wishing to sound rude, you said we were a 'scam' and then went on to say you ordered a pick set and we sent it to you. So not a very good scam. However, not only are we not a scam, we refund people who return their goods (unless of course they do not return them, or they are damaged or missing parts.) However, I want to make this right, so please email me with your order number and I'll look into it immediately.
