On the 1st of December I made a purchase on the CDKeys.com website for £100.00 for the Fortnite Bomber Skin for the PS4 I did exactly what there instructions told me to redeem the skin, the package was shown I then pressed redeem and a error message was shown stating that the code had expired, I then tried to contact CDKeys.com via telephone but there phone is always buys so I emailed there customer services team they asked for screen shots and a few other things in witch I gave them there next email was to say they are looking in to this and it will take 72 hours that was over two weeks ago! When I I email them it's the same response stating they are looking in to it and will get back in contact with me. There code did not work all I'm asking for is a code that does work or a refund I've sent them everything they have asked for and this is how I'm treted and further more I can't even log in to there website no more as it shows "The owner of this website cdkeys.com has banned you temporarily from accessing this website" to me they have done this so I can't leave a review on the Bomber Skin pack as its clearly a scam! Do not purchase anything for there website as your code will not work and there customer service team will say the same thing to you all the time that they are looking in to it!

It wasn't possible to activate the game with the key purchased from CDKeys via STEAM. Because an error message said that the game is already installed. That was of course not true at all. There was a 2021 game version installed, the key purchased was for an older 2019 full version.
The support wanted screen shots of my STEAM library and the error message which I have sent. After that I was put off again and again and finally there was no more reaction.

The worst experience in my life ordered with the promise of instant delivery it took them more than a day just to get back to me and tell me to wait for more, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Well they're pretty shady. If you have issues and they sent you the wrong key or that isn't working, act through Paypal.

Not only, but on there, they will even use automessages. Talk about laziness and scam attempts.

Always take screenshots of what you're buying, what you're receiving, the price you paid and all the stuff needed.

Terrible support. Never again.

Bought today FIFA 22. The code cannot be redeemed (was already redeemed weeks ago).
Last hope: get my money back.

Hi everyone, I will say I used to have faith in CDKeys however my last transaction which was paid resulted in me receiving no key from them. I reached out to customer service which is now handled by another firm.
I received no response from anyone. However I did get an email asking about how my service experience was.
Won't purchase from them again. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

In the past it was reliable shop, but my last order was terrible. The key for yearly EA play was already used by someone else, after 2 weeks they sent me another code, also already used. Communication with them is difficult, they respond on email once per week and I didn't get any resolution. Looks like nowadays this shop is scam, avoid it and buy somewhere else..

I've been using CDKeys for years and everything was fine until it wasn't.
I purchased a £35 PSN store code from them, and the code they sent me had already been redeemed.
I emailed them and they said they would look into it and get back to me but never did. Every time I followed up to ask what was happening they said they were still looking into it.
This went on for three whole weeks.
At this point I lost patience and opened a PayPal claim.
Frustratingly, as there was no proof of who redeemed the code, PayPal sided with them.
Now I have lost £30.50 and have no code, and CDKeys could not care less. The most unhelpful customer service I have ever received.
I urge people not to use them, you may have had a good experience with them before but believe me, if something goes wrong they will pretend they are not at fault and do absolutely nothing about it.
They have lost a formerly loyal customer for good.

Ordered a game off cdkeys and it went through. I got an email confirming the payment and then another email saying they cant give me a reason on why I couldn't get the game. The payment luckily came back but If you buy something off this, there is a good chance you will be scammed. They don't tell you why you can't get the game in their very small detail email. Going to stick with steam and origin and I don't trust any website with payment.

Took my money than claimed they had a system error. Instead of sending me a key they claimed they could only give me a partial refund. After multiple messages told me the full refund will be processed and will be back in my bank within 5 days. 7 days later had to contact my bank to retrieve the funds.

Awful, sold a game that didn't work, wouldn't refund, referred me to the manufacturer who referred me back to the company that sold it :( Took 3 days each time for CJS to respond to a new email and all their responses were 1 sentence, completely ridiculous company. Pay a little more and get someone you can trust. CJS is appalling.

Website was difficult to use once paid for, getting autokeys to work, getting the key collected were just a hassle one after the other. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered a key for Dead by Daylight with some DLC add-ons, received a key that only unlocked the original game. 5 days so far and no help.

Customer service gave the 'your case is a priority' response 4 days ago and even their Twitter has said they've forwarded my info. I've had to put in a Paypal dispute which can take a whole month to resolve.

If you want a game for cheap and are willing to risk not being able to play it, or having to spend time chasing them if things go wrong then go for it but for the sake of a few quid, after my experience I am steering clear of them.

I've saved about 150 USD buying keys from CDKeys.com on a few games that I have been wanting to buy on steam but were always costly or limited sales that only gave up to 10 to 30% off. The only real letdown is their badge system and affiliate program and linked accounts go hand and hand so actually getting all badges is hard they review all affiliate applications and can just deny you even if you needed it to get the badge. Also, their links to outside accounts like steam, uplay, origin, and youtube are broken and need to be fixed.

Purchased an XBox Gold Membership code and they gave me a code from a different region. When reported the issue they asked me to contact XBox support. Obviously, they were unable to help since they didn't sell the code. When contacted them back they said they can't help me because more than 7 days had passed. They basically took my money and gave me a code I can't use and then refused to provide any kind of service.

I placed an order for a PSN card for my nephew for his birthday present who lives in USA, the amount was taken from my bank account, but I received nothing under the pretext that only people who live in USA who are entitled to place the order.
I tried to contact support for the refund, but no reaction from them.

Their customer service told me a game was cross platform. After purchasing I found that it wasn't and now they won't refund me. AVOID!

I did not receive the code for what I paid. I paid for V-BUCKS and I received some skin, but did not know that until I redeem the code. After that their support does not answer me for 10 days after providing all requested information.

Bought a copy of Battlefield 5 for Origin, tried to redeem the code and got informed it had already been redeemed.

CD Keys informed me that the code was valid and un used, got in contact with Origin and told me the code had been redeemed on a different account that wasn't mine.

Have tried to contact CD Keys customer support again and are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!
