2nd year that I've ordered ps plus, yearly membership through CD keys. Always instant access to numbers, directions on how to use. Can't beat their prices, cheapest on the internet. Safe & secure account. & I love how they've updated their website.

I've made quite a few purchases from CDKeys and all have gone smoothly. The last one was a key that I couldn't activate in my region so I requested a refund. Roger responded almost immediately and said my request was under review and would update me on the status, usually takes 7 days. 2 days later Roger reached out to let me know my refund was granted. Doesn't get much better than that

Shambles of customer service. Ordered code for £10 for sons Fortnite and when it was inputted was immediately told it had expired. CDkeys have had 3 weeks now to fix it and refund but still haven't. They've now asked me 3 times to take a photo of the error code which I've done and I'm still waiting. Dreadful. A once loyal customer will not be back

I purchased a game key in late November as a gift for a family member. Went to redeem the game but some thief had already redeemed the code in early December and let me stress it was not me! CDKEYS told me to contact Microsoft Xbox who confirmed that somebody had redeemed the game in early December. I go back to CDKEYS with this evidence, but they want nothing to do with reimbursing me my money or even being decent enough to give me a new key. I am well angry with CDKEYS and would not recommend you go anywhere near them if you buy a game and its stolen by a hacker in Russia for example and CDKEYS tell you to get lost. CDKEYS ARE A JOKE! Also the customer service is useless.

I bought an expansion pack for my son. It was fake and did not work. They told me it was fine. It has been a horrid day, my son is very down losing his pocket money. Avoid. Stolen money and poor customer service.

Bought a PS Now subscription. They said it was legit and was valid the day I purchased it. It was not, it was already used 2months in advanced (confirmed by PlayStation support themselves). Customer service was non existent and unhelpful, claiming it would take 3 days to respond with resolution... Still no response or resolution after 8 days.
Avoid this site!

Dodgy scam site... Be warned! Sold me a used code for steam and then lied about checking it... Stay clear!

I've had nothing but issues with this website.
I purchased FIFA points, £71.99 worth. They have not went onto my account, all proof of that has been sent through to them. They do not care a jot.
They also have a "promotion" for Cdkoins that build up like clubcard points. Biggest difference between the two though is you can actually spend your clubcard points.

In summary, they dont give you the productions you buy and when you complain they tell you there is nothing they can do and their promotions are fake.

Stay away at any cost!

I ordered a key that specificly said worldwide, got it right away, entered it and got an error message. That was on a monday. Today is monday again and this whole past week I have been writing with customer service (wrote with two different „persons") but nothing!

This morning I received another message that seriously had the exact same wording as another one from a few days back.

Microsoft ensured me that the key wont work due to its regional restrictions. CDKeys told me the key had been redeemed!

Now they just keep telling me that and that I therefore wont get a refund.

That was a real annoying experience which I hope others will avoid!

Great prices and very easy to use, i had just bought multiple codes from these people and they all worked perfectly fine and the codes came almost instantly and with a backup code sent to my email just incase of any issues, DONT worry about the bad reviews on this website, it should just work perfectly fine and if not then im pretty sure they fixed the bugs with customer support so they should be able to help sort any problems with your order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. Preordered a game, after release the website never got passed an error code *please try again* later. Contacted support and they told me "the key has already been access and used". That's right even with the website still showing the error code they tell me that the key was already accessed. This company and its employees lies through their teeth and is there to scam you. Any further email to them is ignored, had to get my money back from a bank charge back. Stay well away.
