Can only email support and they ignore customers!

They promised to respond within 72 hours; and its over 78 hours on a basic request.
Disappointing!

I paid and they sent me a code that had already been used. Opened a case and they asked for specific pieces of evidence. Provided them and then didn't hear a peep. Escalated it to PayPal and PayPal denied it, clearly without proof as the code did not work. So you won't be protected if/when it goes south

This website is just a big scam. I recently bought a key and they sent me an already redeemed code. After constant emailing back and forth with the company they still never sent me a new code and eventually just stopped responding. Also the phone number they have listed just comes up with user busy. I have been calling the past 3 days and still no call back or anything. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I paid for for a Playstation + 12 month code but the one they sent me was no good. Sony said it had been redeemed already. CD keys said that it 'had to be good" and told me to take it up with Sony. Liars and Cheats

I tried using a PlayStation Plus code from them and Sony even said it is not valid. I am trying to get my money back good thing I use PayPal and I started a dispute. They have been trying to give me a runaround for a week now. Never buying anything here again.

I'd used CD Keys a couple of years ago, but for Microsoft memberships, so this was my first time with games and using their new Web UI and Android App. Finding the game was incredibly easy, and I really appreciated how much the purchase process reminded me to verify that the key being provided would work on my platform and region.

I had the key immediately after purchasing, and liked that I could purchase in the App and activate the key, then log in with the browser to see the key and copy/paste it into Steam and Origin.

I had bought a key for Microsoft software. Tried the key in the 3 different locations. None worked. Then asked for a new key but was told I was not in putting the key in correctly. Tried again to no avail. Asked for a refund but never got an answer. Never again will I use this site. One and done

Bought a shark card from CDkeys on the 26/04/2022 for £66. It had already been used and CDkeys didn't help refund the money and denying the code has been previously used! Even though Xbox support confirmed the code was not redeemed by my account. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Paid for my CD key but never received this, yet money taken out my account. For peace of mind shop elsewhere.

Was sent a previously used key code for Minecraft Java. Contacted them and asked for a screenshot to show the issue. They replied back "the code we sent you was unused when we sent it to you". So they are sending people used key codes to scam people. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

False advertising. Advertising the game `The MEDIUM' as being available for both the XBOX ONE and SERIES X, and still continuing to do so, when Microsoft have confirmed to me that is not the case. This company took my money, did not deliver what they advertised, and refused to give me a refund
Save your money, and deal with another company that has some morality about them..

I was sold a world-wide copy of RE7 gold edition. When I submitted a complaint that code gives an error for wrong country code, they asked for screen shots. Then they never replied when proof was given that their code was bogus. Forced me to use PayPal dispute to reclaim my money.
Site has low prices, but use caution and always use a form of payment that can reclaim your money if they rip you off.

I purchased a key for Star Wars squadron, Move forward a month and the game has been removed from my EA games list. When looking through my CDKeys purchase list the game has also been removed to cover up the fact that they purchased the keys illegally and fraudulently sold them.

I bought a game key for a title that's really glitchy/performs terribly. I did my due diligence - made sure everything was updated, double-checked settings, contacted the game creator's customer support, and even did a full reinstall. The game just works like crap when using multiple monitors, which was certainly something I couldn't have guessed would be the case prior to purchase/install (it's 2022 why would a game not work with multiple displays?!). Instead of CDKeys issuing a refund or store credit for the broken product so I could buy a game from them that actually works, they basically just said, "tough luck." You can't know its a broken, glitchy game until you install and, once you do, you're screwed - they keep your money & walk away. I essentially got punished for making an effort/spending my own time to get a defective game working. They're just in it for a quick buck. They don't care if they're selling you poo and, when they do, there's no service whatsoever. Don't buy from them. Get it somewhere that stands behind what they sell.

They don't ever answer the phone if you decide to say hey pay pal i got a problem they are just as bad, they are not only in the gray area of gaming they are down right useless thieves that went from the telephone scamming old ladies to the internet giving their own ratings for those that wont fight them;-) sorry cdscammers aka cdkeys not this time I have 1.5 million followers and friends even in your country that are more than willing to tear that 1 telephone pole you have in the center of town down, not that I will tell them to but they act on their own;-) you know us army Men! We stick together! We don't stop, we don't forgive, and we don't forget! I agree to no terms on any site if this is posted, if you post it it is your problem not mine!

My first time buying from cdkeys.com BIG MISTAKE. Thank God it was only 21 dollars. The cd key was redeemed already and when I contacted cdkeys.com they sent one response asking what the problem is and then they completely ignored me. LOL. I've checked and a lot of the people who buy from them get scammed and loose there money. DO NOT BUY! g2a.com is the way to go even if it's a little more at least you can buy knowing you'll get the product and not give your money away for nothing. I am an honest hardworking father of three. I'm not rich but I try to give my kids everything I can and I don't buy myself things as often as I would like. So too lose money to a company that advertises on youtube how they are so honest and good and affordable makes me feel very upset and disappointed. Customer service has gone out the window now and so many people are just out to make a quick buck. If you run an honest business you'll get soooo many more customers. Thanks for reading!

No refund after viewing the digital code I switched my Xbox settings to the UK to put in a UK code and the code wouldn't go through. Just use eneba cheaper and it actually gives you the code

Purchased online code was told it was for game system after purchase was told only for pc refused to give a refund contacted PayPal they refused refund because the company lied tried to login on my account to be told i was banned by cdkeys from accessing any of my account information this company is a scam would not recommend anybody do business unless you want to lose money
