Spending new years eve alone like a saddo I thought I would buy Football Manager 2023 from CDKeys for £32. At least playing that would cheer me up. Not the case. They sent me a picture of a code, with instructions to validate the code on the redeem.footballmanager website. I typed it in perfectly, yet it says it is not a valid code, I try about 20 times and different variations just in case.
I email support and tell them they sent an invalid code, can I either have a refund or just send me a real code. Wait hours for a reply just for them to say 'No we sent you a real code, email football manager support instead'. Obviously that won't help as I know it is invalid. I email them any way, wait all the next day for a reply just for Sega support to say 'No that code was redeemed by someone else' Which proves my point. I email CDKeys 2 more times with screen shots and copying Sega supports email etc... no reply.
So I have been absolutely scammed out of £32 and now they don't answer their emails. My only choice is to keep pestering them and keep leaving 1* reviews where ever I can to show people, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I paid, they sent me an email where there should have been a link to the key, which was fake, it did not contain any key. After several emails, they did not send the key or my money. They are scammers, never buy anything from them.

When i first signed up and saw you can earn coins. By following them i thought that was a interesting thing so. I did It, and now i regret it don't follow them at all when they tell you to, verify your social media account don't do It Its a scam so they can get into your account. I've went to my Instagram account and the background was changed to black. And I don't even mess with that, and my profile picture was changed.

I have bought a Fifa 23 Xbox code from CD keys and was unable to redeem the code as my Xbox keeps saying that the code is not valid. I have mentioned the same with the Customer support but am not getting any proper response from them. I have provided screenshots of the invalid code error but those people keep saying the code is valid. Not even visiting this CD keys website next time and would like to provide a 0 rating if I can. I feel like being cheated.

I received an invalid key which I could not redeem and upon trying to get in contact with them for 5 days they kept on stalling me only by saying they will look into this and get in touch but then ghosting me with no replies of my follow up emails, I am on PS PLUS PREMIUM which will expire soon and wanted to extend it but could not because of the error I kept on receiving and in the end had to ask for a refund which they said will happen within 7 days time if the key is not redeemed, I will return to let you know if the refund goes properly

After the reviews was going to get a game that was half price but after registering realized this site is not worth the risk. Full price for non scam for me im afraid.

Site sells used keys and their customer is non-existant, they say they respond to all query's within 2-4 hours, that is simply not true, i purchased a used key and made a ticket 5 minutes after the purchase, they asked for additional information 7 hours later and have not responded to any further emails, it has now been a week since i purchased from them and they have not responded to any emails, check the recent reviews on Trust pilot etc. I now have to trust that paypal will resolve this for me, but do yourself a favour, purchase your games anywhere else but here.

Just purchased a 365 PlayStation Plus code and received it immediately already entered and acknowledged. GREAT SERVICE! AND PRICE!

I payed using Crypto but the time limit expired but the payment was sent anyway, I didn't get item i bought and no refund, I contact costumer support the reply asking for more info and then dissappear phone number always busy. Stay away from those scammers.

As with many now I'm starting to have serious issues with cdkeys.
Purchased key appears to have been already used and after an initial reply from support requesting I supply further information I've been ignored.
Avoid until they get their act together
Update: I have eventually been issued with a working key so have added a couple of stars. Will need to see their service improve before I use them again however.

I was a little skeptical before I tried it, but I'm so glad I did. I purchased a game for 15$ rather than the 40$ if I bought straight through steam. The code was emailed to me immediately, and it worked with no issues. I have no idea why it has such a low rating on this review site, because it worked great for me! I'll be back for sure!

Bought 12 month xbox live subscription and one of the codes was already redeemed. Customer service would not help to resolve the issue. I reported them to Microsoft and they advised to never do business with CDKeys again. They stated that they have received many complaints about their shady business dealings.

I've purchased several codes over the last 2 years without issue, but the latest code they sent doesn't work. They're now hiding behind retail law saying as I activated the code it is now considered as a service completed. Surely having a code that is valid is the main requirement and not just having delivered it. CDKeys claim to resolve issues within 72 hours, but it's six days and counting and they now don't even respond to emails. Having seen other similar reviews it appears these issues have only started in the last few months or so, therefore this may be an indication of the company's deterioration. I will avoid this company from now on.

Just today at 8am someone accessed my account and bought 2 digital copies of Dunes for PC using my PayPal account. I inmedietely went to PayPal and CDKeys and changed my password. Contacted both PayPal and CDKeys about the fraudulent charge and changed the password for both my paypal and cdkeys account. I couldn't see the game on my cdkeys account for a bit and then when it did appeared, all of the 11 games that I have bought from them were gone and all of my points were gone as well (all of this happened after I changed my password). PayPal answered first and they concluded that the charge was fraudulent and gave me a refund. CDkeys? Cdkeys told me that they couldn't do anything about it. Said the order was "registered to a new account" and that the games that I had were registered to a "new account". I told them "what new or old account? Everything was done using my one and only account. The account that still exists and I am logged in right now?" They continued saying that because I had redeemed those codes already that they couldn't send me new codes. I still have the games I bought and will continue to have them as long as I don't lose my Origin and/or Steam account. If I do, I lose those games forever. The right thing would have been for me to send evidence of those purchases and for them to send me new codes to honor those purchases but no. I gave cdkeys money for 11 games; 11 games that I could lose anyday if I forget or someone hacks my Origin/Steam account.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "RETAILER". They are pro-hackers stealing your account and games because they got the money anyways so they don't care about you. At least PayPal gave me my money back and didn't punish the legit consumer like CDKeys does.

PS: Suffice it to say, I deleted my cdkeys account after all of this. If I can't have my games neither will the hacker.

I have purchased many codes from cdkeys.com for pc and consoles and only had issue once where I never recieved my 2 codes. After reaching out to get my codes or refund all I had to do was send proof I purchased them (which was invoice number i think) i received both codes in 24 hours.

After using the redeem code, there is no way to ask for a refund.
Using a code and successfully running a game far not the same thing!
Choose a normal site to buy a game like Steam, even if there more expensive, but at least working, and you can ask a refund, of something is wrong.
Here if you already payed, they don't care what's your problem.

Terrible company. I bought a year membership to PS+ and the code was already used, and they wouldn't refund my money even though i had screen shots of the code showing it had been used and useless Paypal wouldn't do anything! Stay clear of this company! Terrible customer service

So these guys scammed me, sent me a used code and support decided to not reply to me. I had to go through paypal to get my money back.
Stay clear. Their trustpilot reviews are spammed by new accounts.
