I recently purchased Modern Warfare 2 game code on August 11th 2023 and attempted to redeem it, but encountered an error indicating that it was invalid. Despite reaching out to support on multiple occasions, I received only a generic response and no concrete resolution to the issue. Even after making numerous attempts to redeem the code, there was no discernible effort made on their end to resolve the error. It was only after I initiated a refund request that the code suddenly showed up as being redeemed. However, as of August 18th I have yet to receive any update regarding either my refund request or my request to address the underlying issue with the game code. Overall, my experience with their support team has been quite frustrating and unprofessional.

I'm bought a game pass ultimate, it said it was redeemed, so i contacted customer service sent them all the proof they needed and still didn't make it right. Don't use or trust this site bunch if scammers.

Messaged support and gave them the receipt of purchase keeps bumping around new support members and still haven't heard from escalations
Don't know how someone would be so stupid to look up my order. With the time stamp when I placed it.

I purchased Street Fighter 6 Deluxe and they gave me a code for the standard edition. They are not helpful in getting me a refund or correct game.

I dont even want to give a star, money started coming out of my account unlawfully, i do not know how they managed to get my card details, there has been no email order confirmation either, watch these guys and customer support fails to refund stolen money

CdKeys.com is a rogue keyshop. A product that was pre-ordered a long time ago will not be delivered, although it is still offered in the shop. CDkeys does not give a comprehensible reason for this. The purchase price paid will not be repaid, but embezzled! Attention!
The repayment of the purchase price is refused! The order has been available in my CDkeys account since the release of the game as soon as available. The game is currently sold by cdkeys. A delivery does not take place. CDkeys refuses to refund the purchase price. I'm supposed to take a voucher, but for what, d6en CDkeys doesn't deliver ordered goods!
In addition, CDkeys subsequently manipulated the order details in my account and removed the button to retrieve the key. I have already saved screenshots.

I made order and paid. But cd key still no recieved. For 4 days and no response from service... best shop...

118 past purchases and they refuse me refund for Dead Island 2 pc that they can't fufill. I've requested refund 5 times and I'm totally being ignored. Also used 57p of CdKoins that they will no doubt not refund either. Tried to make me accept CDKoins as refund but when I asked for refund to original source they stopped responding. Till this I would always send people to them but this is insulting. Some customer loyalty..

I've only had two issues with them. The first one was an invalid code, and while PROVING it to the them was a hassle by itself. What really pissed me off was the complete lack of contact and several times leaving me to believe that they were deliberately ignoring me in hopes that I would just forget. After roughly a week they finally told me that they'll give me a refund which took an additional two weeks. THIS current issue comes from the WWe2k23 Icon edition I had purchased on the 3rd. Early Access/Official release for this edition was SUPPOSED to be 12am March 14th for my timezone. Not only have I not gotten my code but customer service refuses to even acknowledge me outside of their copy/paste initial response of "We release the keys on the official release date and the date on our product page. Rest assured we'll email you when you're given your code." Even though my question specifically asked WHEN since it's now 340pm March14th and I still have no key for the game that I $#*!ing bought. After doing a little digging it seems they have over sold the number of copies they had. Now you'd think ANY business would at least come up with some $#*!ing half assed excuse as to why people aren't getting what they paid for. But no, this company just decides "$#*!'em" and since they refuse to be accredited by the BBB.Org should be all the information you need to know. Stay away from them, it is not worth saving the $20 when we have to deal with this $#*! and all lack of actual customer service. $#*! these people, unless something is AT LEAST 50% off, just don't bother, it's not worth it.

This site boasts great deals and low prices yet here is a screenshot of one of their so called offers that actually costs more than the games own store site for the exact same item, clear scam.

Like many others, I bought a code for Hogwarts Legacy and, whilst I was charged (although, luckily it was a pending transaction), I received no confirmation or no receipt. I put in a ticket for support and was responded to within an hour requesting a screenshot of the receipt that I had already said I didn't have. When I repeated this to them, I received absolutely no response.

After 24 hours of no response, I put in a second ticket, this time with an attachment of the pending payment in my account. I had a response from another member of the team saying that I would get a update from him when he had some information from the relevant team.

After 4 whole days of silence, I replied requesting an update and was only sent an automated holding email detailing a series of issues in handing out codes for Hogwarts Legacy. I replied to this with the relevant information...and received the exact same automated holding email as a response.

Another 24 hours later, I once again requested an update and received no response beyond a third rendition of the automated holding email. At this point I lodged a complaint by issuing another ticket. I complained about the length of time it had taken, the lack of human communication and the generally poor customer service that they had provided.

As if to prove my point, the person who responded just sent me a copied and pasted version of the exact same automated holding email.

My pending transaction will be automatically cancelled by my bank tomorrow as it will be the 7th day that the money has been held back. Something tells me I will not be getting this game.

I have previously used this website and have been happy with the service provided. As have many of my friends. This is the first time that something has gone wrong with a transaction that we're aware of. However, whilst this is the first time that I've had to deal with customer support, it has been handled so atrociously that it puts me off buying a single game code from them ever again.

Signed up and went and bought a game. They sent me a used code for steam that would not work. Clear scam.

Selling codes that don't work, not responding to e-mails. Misadvertising games as full games but they're actually add-ons that you need the full game to play. Just a total scam or a website who ignore your e-mails and refuse to give you a refund. Don't waste your money.

Edition on trust piolt every single customers of their is saying the same thing. That they have scammed them and not even bothered to reply to the support requests apart fro. Generic messages.

So if you trying to buy anything from them in pre order. Don't go for it because you won't be able to your early access code from them.
And their customer support regarding that is completely useless and joke of customer service

Xbox codes never work first time. End up going back and forth every time. 3rd time now purchasing and fed up trying to sort out and note being ignored after requesting refund. Don't bother, buy from legit seller

Purchased a 1 year playstation plus code for my country. They sent me a code for the wrong country I can't use. They stopped replying to emails. The phone number doesn't seem to work or no one answers. These people are scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Like many other reviews here, I was given an invalid key and went through the correct complaint procedures with CD Keys. They are extremely quick to respond to the initial complaint but after providing them with the requested information you're then ghosted.

I used to recommend this site to anybody who was looking for good deals on games but I cannot, in good faith, recommend this shady company. Please, please, please listen to the other reviews before you purchase a key - you'll regret it!

The key code is only guaranteed to work for 7 days. Inclement weather delayed my grandson's celebration until day 10. Representative pointed to Terms and conditions and didn't even try to help. All of this to save $10 and lost 50. No attempt to resolve issue. Blamed PlayStation but did not attempt to resolve. Fighting it now through my credit card.

Sold me an invalid code and will not replace it or try to help me in any way. They quit replying after I provided all the necessary screenshots proving it was an invalid code. They are taking advantage of people and stealing their money. I know other people have got real codes but it isn't worth the gamble. Spend the extra 10$ and buy from PS Store.
