I have recently purchased Command and Conquer - Kanes Wrath. The code was received correctly and was entered/redeemed.

The problem that has arisen is that the EA App and Origin App are poorly run and many people, including myself, cannot access the game in any way. It does not show in the EA app and the Origin app is unable to download.

I believe that you should delist Kanes Wrath from sale to prevent this issue arising, but that is your choice. I requested a refund but was refused.

Why are you selling codes for games that are defunct?

I accidentally purchased the wrong version of Call of Duty from this site.

I didnt realize until I had activated it - now I am stuck with a product I cannot use.

Totally ridiculous and unfair

I haves used CD keys for years now with no issues but unfortunately they have let me down this time.

I purchased an early access beta code for MW3 and redeemed it, unfortunately I did not get to play the early access beta I purchased as my battlenet was never updated.
After many emails back and forth (clearly showing they was not reading my emails correctly) they then explained that this did not work as I had to purchase this product before the early access was released, but they had this code for purchase on their website after the release date.

I have been scammed/sold a product that CDKeys knew would not work.

Due to this I will not be purchasing anything more from CD Keys and use other code companies.

Disgusting customer service & false advertisment!

My personal encounter with them has been nothing short of a digital conundrum. After making a purchase for a digital download, I found myself empty-handed, as if I had sent my money into the abyss. Their customer support, which I expected to be a beacon of help, turned out to be nothing more than a farcical ordeal, keeping me waiting for nearly half a day before they got back to me. It's been over 24 hours now, and I remain in limbo, without the download I paid for or even a response. It's now been several days and I have yet to receive my download or a response after multiple attempts. My advice: Steer clear of this website at all costs!

Bought an Xbox live 12 month subscription 3 days ago, received the 4x codes and only 3 work but they only show 3 month subscription.

I haven't activated them on the Xbox, raised a support ticket & dm'd CD Keys on Twitter both 3 days ago and heard NOTHING.

Raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund due to not getting what I paid for and also ZERO communication from CD Keys, banks raised a chargeback.

Used CD Keys in the past and been great but something seems to have gone wrong in their customer service dept.

Don't trust these scammers.
Purchased a CD key for an Ultimate Edition Diablo 4 that came with the pre-release play. CD Keys would give me the key after I purchased the key because they said it was before the release date.
I asked for my money back and purchased the CD key from Microsoft.
I am still waiting for my money back from CD Keys.
Luckily I was able to get my money back through my credit card company.

Absolutely ridiculous.
I've preordered EAFC24 a month ago. And I was told that I will get my key the night before the release. I havent received the code and support has been ignoring me for there days straight.

I've purchased a few games from cdkeys.com about 3-5 dollars per game. As soon as I paid around 10 dollars for a Deluxe Rainbow 6 Siege key, it came up as invalid when I tried to install. Response from the company has SOLEY been automated. Regardless of screenshots or following their instructions, it's just automated responses that don't help but give you the run around. If you try to call their customer support number, it automatically goes to busy and is NEVER available. Place is a rip off. If you want to risk 3-5 bucks, then I say it may be worth it, if you're trying to get a more expensive game, don't trust these people.

Horrible experience. No delivery on an order and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Filed a ticket and they didn't respond despite me following up twice more. Going on 3 days of them ignoring my ticket. Do not, and I repeat, do not deal with this site.

So I bought starfield from CDkeys, for about 54 bucks. I received the code in my email and I opened it to recieve the code, but when I used the codes they were already used. I requested for a customer support to get em replaced, and if I can't get them replaced I demand for a refund. I WAITED until the next day midnight to get a respond. Guess what the response was? They just emailed me what do I think of their customer support. After a WHOLE day of waiting, they couldn't replace the codes or even refund me. I RECCOMEND never buy from this website. To be honest, I've happened to buy from this website before and nothing happened. But until now this has happened 2 times already. This website isn't worth the risk. Or your hard earned money.

On the very rare occasion that you get a key that works, great but if you have any problems then you just get ignored, they will steal your money and never reply to any emails.

If I could I'd give CDKeys.com no stars. Completely unreliable company, totally untrustworthy with your money. I preordered a special edition of a game from them for £63.99. I didn't receive my key for the game, or the game download. They admitted to me by email that it was their fault & told me they would give me my money back? I have had promise after promise from them & have been emailing them back & forth for 2 years now & this company still has my £63.99 & I have nothing for it! Shocking company that steals from you & a customer service team who will lie to you, fob you off & then just stop responding to you!
