Dont shop at Living spaces. Worst company ever to deal with.
They have nice things but it will be...
1. Delayed for months.
2. Broken when it does come.
3. When they bring you the exchange it will be wrong.
4. You order a nice chair wait for months then get told its discontinued.

I wasn't going to post any reviews other than the one I placed on the item I purchased, but they removed it ("moderated" it) because it was too negative (even though I gave them three stars), so I'm going to make sure everyone knows about my experiences.
Firstly, I had to replace the couch I purchased TWICE because this company has zero quality control. The replacement they sent was in even worse condition than the first. Finally, after three months, I have the couch I paid for. I like it, and I can see myself keeping it for a long time, but this experience (and especially the review censorship) has ensured I will never purchase an item from this company again. In fact, I've told my friends and family who were considering purchasing the same couch I got NOT to do so. Steer well clear of this scam.
Very bad customer service, they do not respect their delivery dates, and I believe they do not a higher level management to check their customer complaints. Definitely do not spend your money there
I was suppose to have my bedroom furniture deliver 8/4/21 instead they take upon themselves to deliver 8/9/21. In the meantime. I bought an expensive bed for my bad back. And now I'm just suffering on an air mattress. I'll never do business with them again
When I purchased a leather sofa, the salesperson told me that I would get my other two chairs within two weeks. More than two months later, I contacted customer support to speak with the manager in emails and phone conversations, they avoided getting me one. If I knew I wouldn't get my two chairs within a month, I would not purchase my sofa in the first place. I would shop around elsewhere. My advice is not to trust or believe what the salesperson tells you. It turned out to push a high volume of sales out, not having the best interest in you as a customer. The Living Space staff lied to me and avoided me reaching out to the manager. I only had a sofa and no two chairs for more than two months of inconvenience. I have people sit on the floor because I have no chairs. I don't recommend purchasing your furniture there. I suggest shopping elsewhere to be treated right. The Living Space will not compensate you but take your money. I have read other reviews and they are right! No staff should mistreat the customer when I am purchasing more than $3,000 furniture. That's how bad they are. Not acceptable behavior from the company. Living Space truly disgusts me. I will never buy from them again.
Classic case study of shocking service, total disregard for business basics such as communication, follow up, sticking to delivery dates, changes, non communication changes to deliveries after spending entire day waiting at home and not being able to reach anyone. Disregard of request for statement of account. Saying $1400 dollars due after changes to orders etc and be charged $4000 to credit card, no-one responds. Calls left hanging in line for 40 plus minutes, on line assistance clueless. Over priced. Just shocking, unbelievable! California based company Governor Abbot should outlaw them from Texas. Cannot believe they can survive such shocking, non existent service. I would be scared to have paid for furniture that can only be delivered in two months as I genuinely doubt they will be in business that long.!

Living Space Beware! Beware of Living Spaces marketing approach when it gets to selling warranty insurance by Care Free. Do not, do not ever buy this insurance; it's a total scam. They put it on my bill without asking and when I did, they said it was highly recommended because they would replace the furniture if it couldn't be repaired with no questions asked. I was convinced that the insurance was hassle free; well, it was not. My recent simple claim of broken stitches turned out to be a nightmare. These people were looking for thin hair flaws to reject any claim and that's exactly what they did to mine. Living Spaces lost my business. I'm not ever stepping my foot in any Living Spaces stores, ever again! Sayonara Living Spaces!
STAY AWAY AND DON'T BUY THEIRWARRANTY SERVICE! The warranty service is a SCAM I purchase it for the 2 pieces of my white couch Got the stain on the arm, they sent me a cleaning kit that made the stain look a thousand times worse! NeXT they sent the technician to clean it and told me he can't do anything with the stain, took many pictures and left. After that the warranty service told me the type of satin is not covered by the warranty because it looks like accumulation of stains Told them the cleaning kit they sent me made it look like this but they did not acknowledge itThe warranty services are constructed the way they won't cover anything!
Wish I would of took the time to check reviews first but all of the bad reviews are true. I would of rather purchases my couch from Costco. Yes I got the special order and color I wanted which took over 3 months to get and with two months after barely sitting on the couch the cushions seams were pulling apart all over and even have holes what a freaking shame. Past four months especially during Covid couldn't get a hold of no one from customer service or warranty and literally the one year coverage will expire soon. Let's see if this will even get resolved. I have even filed online but playing phone tag just to get a live person. I warn u don't waste ur money here u would think ur getting quality but ur not.
My fiancé and I bought a house and I was so excited I started to shopping for furniture. It's was close to midnight when I found the sofa that I wanted so I placed the order. The very next morning I called to confirm the color of the sofa was white. After calling several times confirming the color several representative confirm that the Curious pearl is white. A few days later I receive three swatches of colors. One of colors was Elliot snow which is closer to the color white. I was so upset because I have been told by so many representative that the curious pearl was white however it is not curious pearl is beige. I contacted them spoke with another representative who advised me that she was sending information to the department that was making the sofa to get the color corrected. After waiting for weeks I received a text message saying that the order was ready to be shipped. I called in and set up a delivery date confirm the color and the color is still wrong curious pearl. I call back escalated to a manager and I was told that a manager will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened I called back again and the representative told me that the manager closed out the case and no notes on my account to the reason why. I never received a phone call. This is the first time I've ever ordered anything from these people and this will be the last. They have lied multiple times and never tried to correct the issue after being told by a representative that the color was white in which it wasn't. There was no attempt to try to make the situation correct. There was no accommodation to try to rectify anything.
I finance a couch and bed totaling around 2,000.00. I bought this furniture in 2020 and have been paying 100.00 a month. Well all of a sudden a promotional fee came on my acct., causing my balance to go from 1,400 to 1,700these people took 300.00 dollars of my payment and told me I missed a promotional. I don't swear but the devil is a liar. Not only are they charging promotional fees but they also are charging interest fees. This company is of the devil and I will never ever purchase anything else from this rip-off place. About time I will be able to payoff this furniture I would have to pay around 12,000 for what it actually cost 2,200.00 I will be paying only what this furniture cost little do this evil company know. Horrible horrible horrible! IF U EVER FINANCE BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN FEES... U WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO PAY THEM OFF WITH THEIR PROMOTIONAL FEES AND INTEREST FEES!
I ordered two bedside tables and a dresser in February. Everything was delivered in mid-March. The bedside tables looked fine, but the dresser came damaged. They came in late-May to take the old dresser away and bring a replacement. The new dresser (the replacement for the first damaged one) was SO DAMAGED that we can't even take it out of the box. Here I am now in late June and I still can't get a manager to help me either replace or refund it. Currently it looks like I've lost the money and now I'm stuck with a very very heavy piece of useless furniture. I'll probably have to get the credit card company involved and dispute.
We bought a sectional sofa and the sofas were defective. No lumbar support. We asked them for an exchange and they refused. The sales person told us at the time of purchase we could get an insurance policy that would cover everything and anything. Not true
This place is a DISGRACE. They have lied to me now 4 separate times. Long story short, I bought a $1,000 rug, upon purchase was told it had a 1 year warranty. After 3 months of light use, it starts falling apart. Call after call to the warranty department, the first TWO associates confirm I have a year warranty I should be good. End result? Lying scumbag managers saying nope, there is nothing they can do. Shameless bastards! Rugs to them are "just accessories" at $1,000 price tag mind you and they are realllll sorry. Wont even give me a freaking discount on a replacement! You should avoid living spaces at all costs. I am taking them to small claims court and I have reporter their misinformation and fraud to the better business bureau. Avoid the heartless, ruthless, corrupt company at all costs!
I bought gel mattresses and they delivered regular mattresses. The old mattresses were already in the bags they provided and the room was ready for the new ones so I kept the incorrect ones just to avoid having to do everything all over again. Very disappointed.
I tried to purchase 2 sofa's, received 1 sofa, and 5 months later still don't have the 2nd sofa. I have been lied to stating that the 2nd sofa was damaged on the delivery truck, when they don't even have the sofa in stock. I understand with Covid there is difficulity, but this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you go to the web site and (type) speak with the pop up communication, they don't even relay any info to Living Spaces, it's a joke. Try calling and wait 45 min to 1 hour hold time! I have taken the day off waiting for delivery and no show no call! Just canceled my order and now I am stuck with 1 sofa, when I needed 2... Beyond fustrated! Just recommend going somewhere else to receive honest communication!
If I could I would leave less then one star! The worst customer service ever. We bought Care free plan with this $#*!ty company. And oh boy... it is taking already 4(!) month to get any solution on our claim.
Nobody in living spaces or care free uniters or whatever subcontractor they are hiring dont know a thing.

Be aware of cancellation policy or return on orders at Living Spaces. I have purchase the entire living room set and had decided to cancel my order after four days due to furnitures will not fit my living room correct and will be blocking part of my fireplace. It is a connected sectional so I can't change the layout. Unfortunately I have to paid 25% none refundable, cost me around $500. They told me I did signed the terms. I did remember signing paper, but the sale lady didn't explain to me the return policy, if I would know I wouldn't purchase that day until I am for sure. Very sad that I had to paid that much for nothing. I will never go back there again to purchase anything else. Customer services is not of any help either.
How ethical is it to delay allowing a return of an item that was purchased with the belief that it was something other than it was due to the signage and what the salesperson said it was? Even if it was perfectly clear what I was buying, I should be able to return it without so much of a headache. Customer Service is horrible. They are making this much more of an ordeal than it needs to be. I will never step foot in Living Spaces again. And now that I see all of the other complaints, I see that it is their M. O.
