Purchased 12 bottles of Monovarietal Virtusso wine in March. Every bottle was corked. The corks just disintegrated when opened. The wine was definitely off & tasted revolting
Complained 9th April, 17th April, 12 May, 17th May, 19 May.
Advised that I would be contacted within 72 Hours

I ordered a front and rear dashcam and the lead was broken so I contacted livingsocial. They sent me a email saying to return device to an address and a cover note for a refund. 2 weeks passed and heard nothing so I contacted again to which I got a response from wowcher who then had to get onto livingsocial and I got the same generic email where to return the item(which was already done) and it took a further 3 emails a replies are from wowcher first each had same response before actually contacting a person who said they can do nothing and contact the seller(no response). So now they have my device and money. I have now contacted to delete my account and personal information won't use again
Bought a voucher for a local restaurant and the restaurant now says they do not want to take the voucher.
Tried to get a credit from Living Social and was told the fine print says all sales are final. They do not stand behind the deals they sale.
Will never buy anything from them again.

Made a mattress purchase on 5/2/2020, was informed ship date 5/10-5/15. That Changed to 5/21-5/28, I've been unable to contact anyone involving the purchase, have had no communication with vendor nor could I get the info to do so. The LivingSocial web site has only listed order being processed since 5/11, no details, no progress, no communication. Use Living Social at your own risk, these people are invisible with no regard to the consumer.
I am pretty upset as I've ordered a wrist support for my painful hand, waiting for that already from 19th of April. I was expecting to get it before or on 19th of May but it still didn't arrive. Today I've received an email with delivery status update saying it was delivered on 20th of May! I didn't get it at all! I am afraid it is just another scum, guys, better stay away from them!
Bought a solo powered water fountain but went the item arrived all I got was a water pump, contacted livingsocial got on live chat was told that was all I would get. When I said it was false advertising he said contact magictrend as it was there product, an it clearly said on the description there was no fountain.

Arrived May 9th 2020, worked fine. Stopped working one week later. Emailed living social, advised to contact magic trend, email bounced back, contacted living social again this morning... managed to get a Live Chat', who have advised I email magic trend, told them email had bounced back already, got no further advice or help. THE MOST UNHELPFUL CHAT AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER... WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SOCIAL AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO NOT WASTE THEIR MONEY ON ITEMS FROM THIS SITE
I ordered 2 packs of face masks almost 4 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived! Paid them 33.65 This company make it impossible to communicate with them. Do not purchase on this site. V Mc Grath
I ordered a bathroom cabinet, and the money was taken from my account. The following day, I received an email from their supplier to say that the product is no longer available, and that I would need to contact living social for a refund with a link provided to do so. After doing so, woucher sent back a reply which makes no sense, and they have obviously not read the email I sent, the bottom line is, I still have no refund, or product. This is a dreadful amateur website, and company. I would advice anyone thinking of using it, to reconsider.
I ordered a quilt on 11/4/20 never received it I'm still trying to contact them by email on 17/5/20 and no one has bothered to even answer me this is my second time using this website the first time was a disaster as well it's me that should be getting a slap for giving them a second chance DO NOT USE THIS SITE
Paid in full for a Garden Parasol, 93. Ordered a black one which was due for delivery on or before the 4th of May, No Show!. Then got an email on 7th May to say they had no black in Stock and did I want a different colour? No I dont think so!. Hopefully I will get my money back, never again!
Ordered a couple of things got an estimated delivery date then got an automated email saying my order has been delivered to my chosen address ( I haven't received them) tried to email them but got a the email returned saying the email address doesn't exist. Lesson learnt money lost never again
Hi there. So. Living social are not actually operating during COVID19.
They are taking orders and money, but are not sending them for delivery.
Please don't waste your money :(
I ordered a mattress from this web site and the one I received was completely different. The pictures you see on the website don't match with the reality. Stay away from this website.
I ordered two lots of masks as they were advertised as "next day delivery" and my parents are vulnerable to CV19 due to cancer and MS. I was sent an email highlighting that the items were available as next day delivery as the headline.
Neither order has arrived. I have tried your Twitter team who NEVER respond to what I've asked - they just send me round in circles. I have redeemed both vouchers and got an email saying they were both with the company but you're now saying I haven't.
They deliberately mis-sold these items by saying they were available as next day items when they were not.
Their website won't allow me to log in, phone lines are down and online chat isn't working.
I think this is a scam.

Ordered goods. Only half order delivered. Have tried several times to contact via emails. But keep getting sent back saying email doesn't exist. Received initial email stating goods delivered. Money taken. Can anyone help?
Answer: I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. A total nightmare. They take your money don't send the goods and they don't answer e mails
Answer: There do seem to have been some financial problems with many of the deals from Living Social. But when I had a problem they answered the phone and it was dealt with quickly and the goods resent.
Answer: Have you contacted the customer service at Livingsocial.com? I have found them to be pretty responsive in the past. This is a seperate review site.
