The experience was good, no complaints. It took a while to get things edited. I wasn't aware that I had to pay after spending a couple hours on the resume.

Not great. They put me on a 14 day trial but neglected to tell me if the trial lapsed I would be asked to pay $30.00 plus a month AUD. I failed to see how this would benefit me.
My initial problem was that their resume template would not accept my mobile phone number with country code. As I wanted to apply for a remote position overseas. They told me that I would have to convert my resume from PDF to WORD to achieve this. I was also told that I could get a deal where I would pay AUD $5.95 a month for their services. This dramatic reduction, rather than selling me on the deal made me even more dubious about their ethics.

To clarify, all of our subscriptions are auto-renewing, as we have a continuous billing feature that charges your credit card on file after your trial expires and every month afterward unless you choose to cancel your subscription beforehand.

Answer: This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
