I think the way that you set your "FREE" cover letter up to be is wrong and will immediately be cancelling my order once i receive this one. You should not promote "FREE" when you charge. I am in need of it immediately and that is the ONLY reason I will pay. However, I will take every opportunity to discredit this website going forward

This service steals your information, keeps uploading your resume in different forms, you contact support and nothing is resolved or is taken down and then posted at a later time. IF you DO NOT WANT your personal information displayed I highly recommend that you do not use this service as your private information will be posted and top of any google search regardless of whether your account was private or set to not display said information to the public. I have contacted and worked with support countless times, but without any real care or attention to the serious issue at hand. DO NOT USE THEM!
