I subscribed to a trial run of this service and quickly got all i needed out of it. I was finished with this product quickly because of how effective it was. I didn't however cancel my subscription and got charged monthly even though i no longer used it. After I realized my error I quickly contacted customer support and they were so very helpful and quick with their response to fix a mistake that for all intents and purposes my fault. The customer service rep I dealt with was Anahi Gordiano. Anahi was very patient in listening to my problems through my frustration and very rapidly coming to a pleasing course of action. I had previously had confirmation that my account had been cancelled at my request but was shocked to see two payments had been taken from my account. Hector Carranza quickly checked the details and organised for my account to be closed down sending an email to confirm, and reassured me that my refund has been processed. Great customer service, very polite and responsive. Not sure went wrong the first time I requested this. Good job I checked my bank statement.

Needed to find the info for my account (for my daughter's resume) after some time of not logging onto the site. Used Live Chat and Gustavo was my contact. It took several minutes - close to 30 for him to hunt down and locate my information because I only had very basic info available. I didn't even have the correct email address. He was very pleasant, diligent, and helpful throughout the process. And he found it and got me into my account with just a few questions and answers from me. :)

What ever you do, DON'T USE THIS SITE! It is a huge scam. I signed up for the 14 day trial and was told that I would be charged $1.95. I received my credit card bill and they have charged me $39.80 plus a $0.79 foreign transaction fee. I never got a courtesy email about my account being automatically renewed, and my credit card was charged without me knowing. I am livid because I was never informed that I would be charged this money and I was led to believe that my subscription would expire at the end of the 14 day trial. I want my money refunded! I am a college student and $40 is a hard blow to my bank account.

While building my resume with LiveCareer; I encountered a problem. The representative helping me was extremely patient and helpful. However you can download a plain text version of your resume for free. The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14 day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings. We are very committed to providing great customer service. Answer: This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
