Really good

I was having cookie issues on Google Chrome that was leading me to payment page all the time. As far as Maria Teresa Torres told me that the browser could be the issue agent and Firefox may solve the problem, I was able to download my resume and my cover letter.

Superb Customer Service

Excellent service. Caring customer service reps, that understands the importance of a resume to obtain a job. Reps like"Adriel" who will go out of his way to provided with superb service is un heard of in these days. No machine, can replace actual interaction with a human person, that actually cares, and well represents their company. I am a college student applying for jobs and I was building a resume for the first time. I really needed it for free because as I mentioned I am a college student, a freshman actually. I finished my "free" resume and realized I had to pay for the download. It said it was only $1.95 to download it with the free trial so that's what I did. Little did I know it had been charging my card $40 a month for the last 6-months. I cannot afford $240. I am seriously hoping they will find the heart to return my money to me because I truly cannot afford that right now.

Refund & cancellation

I was very upset because I thought I signed up to only have me résumé for 14 days, without the clear understanding of having to cancel my package. I soon noticed $25 coming out of my bank account from this program. Furious at the loss of money, the lady through customer service refunded my money back and canceled the account for me. I greatly appreciate this gesture and her patience.

Disappointing...

One of the features that makes joining your site is the Free (with membership) Resume Check. However, this feature is a joke! I created my first resume and activated Resume Check (RC). When the RC window appeared with my resume issues, it contained spelling and grammatical errors. There was a spelling error in the first sentence ("you're" when it should have been "your"). I have difficultly granting credibility in such a case. Further, the "problems" that were diagnosed regarding my resume were nonexistent. Where it said I had errors, none were found that correlated with what was suggested. For example, it says that I may have misspelled words. If suggesting that words may be misspelled, the words in questions should be mentioned. Another thing that bothered me is that RC said that I used descriptions that were too complex or detailed; I added some of the descriptions that were suggested while editing my resume! Why would your site suggest descriptions or sentences that are too complex if your RC is going to suggest removing/rewording them? Also, I tried to live chat with a representative via my Safari browser on Mac, which is my browser of choice. Live chat would not work, even after I tried five times. I had to open Firefox in order to access a live chat rep.

I hope that my detailed review is beneficial to you because I think that your site has potential; however, not as one which has the right to charge any fees. Not at this time anyhow.

Excellent Customer Service

I called in 6-6-16 at 8:30am and was lucky enough to speak to such a wonderful young man. He let me fully explain that I did start using your service but once I went to print I was logged out and couldnt ever get logged back in. I emailed this team hoping to have this resolved quickly but had no luck, it forced me to have to use another resume builder site. But the young man I spoke to today was very patient and understanding! He must have been trained good on how to speak and interact professionally with his customers! Kudos young man, Thank You again for assisting me. I wish I would of written his name down..
