GREAT EXPERIENCE

Formating

Don't do it! The format of the word documents sucks. If you make a change is ruins the whole document plus it comes in Arial 10.5 font REALLY? Need a magnifying glass to read the resume. Don't waste your time. I spent more time fixing the format issues than if I created it myself.

Resume-Now is User Friendly

Can't believe I built a resume! That really is a Confident Builder! Resume-Now is User Friendly! Loved the way it was setup to be able to create one with the various design options! I haven't used the Cover Letter Category, but if I need to, I'll be back! I look forward to the services Resume-Now has to offer. I'm telling My Famm and Friends About You! My experience was very great. I called to see why Perfectresume was charging my card and Joe made everything easy. He was very patient and reassured me that he would handle the issue. To resolve the problem, Joe refunded my money back to my account. Calls like these are never stress-free but Joe managed to make it an easy stress-fee call!

Very Helpful and Understanding

I called regarding some billing issues that were the result of my misunderstanding of the continuous subscription past the 14 day period after you've used one of Resume Now's templates. The man helping me was pleasant, polite and understanding. He explained to me exactly why I was billed and, to my surprise, fully refunded my money. I was very appreciative of how willing to help me he was for a mistake that was truly due to my own silly negligence. If I ever again find the need to use Resume Now, I certainly will. Great resume templates and excellent customer service. Thanks!
