Every time I click to edit my resume it always brings me back to this screen that says "Thank you for your purchase!" I want to edit my resume.

My only issue is I did not know I would have to pay anything until the end. At that point I was too invested timewise and I do hope the cancellation is easy.

I am upset that this was advertised as a free service, and then I was charged to download my resume. False advertisement and I am a student and single mom who cannot really afford small charges like this.

Easy and right worded but at the beginning it said free after completing the had charge me if I want to download and print it. For each edit and download they will charge u again which is a little bit disappointing.

However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
