My resume turned out fantastic, being titled a FREE printable resume is completely misleading as it cost me money to print it, disguised as a 2 week sign up. I swallowed the couple of dollars to print it which i believed to be approximately $3-$4AUD after conversion.
I have just checked my credit card statement and i have the following charges...
$2.71AUD and $1.34AUD (same day) plus 0.12AUD in international fees.

Then 2 weeks later, when my sign up should have lapsed, i was charged another $33.84AUD as well as another $1.02 in international fees!

So this one resume has cost me $40.01AUD already! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.
Clearly we have a different idea of what FREE means!

When I went into my 'account' just now i see that t is set to active with a monthly subscription. And i KNOW I did not select that option.

For the benefit of our users, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee. The ability to print, e-mail or download your resume and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription, these are NOT listed as features included with a free account.

When you signed up for our product you agreed to our 'Terms and Conditions' as well as our 'Privacy Terms'. Once you select our 14-day trial enrollment, you are automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription service, which we let you know at this stage that you may cancel at any time. These folks are the worst. Stay away. They took money from for three months after trying to cancel. If you try and cancel you have to call because they will not let you go easy and they will not refund the money they took.

I unfortunately was billed due to an ex using my card for their resume trial and was told he cancelled it. Here we are and I've been charged due to him giving me false information. BUT, with their live chat I was helped by Karla P. & given EXCELLENT customer service! After a few easy steps and information needed by her I was thankfully able to get my refund! :)

I have called 5 different times and asked for this to be removed. I have been told 3 different things about how long it takes to get it removed. Read the fine print because they have the right to your content. Been trying to get mine removed and am getting the run around.

LiveCareer.com word-for-word has my resume advertised on their website. I never authorized them to do so and they never informed me it would posted - I flatly would have declined. It's intrusive and unsettling seeing it up there. Very deceptive practices. I've asked them to take it down. I was told it would be taken down in 5 days. Friday made the 5th day. If it isn't taken down next week I'll be reporting them to everyone I can think of.

Be Carefull when you subscribe, they charge per mouth but they let you think is for the year their customer service number it doesn't work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

Our free account gives you the opportunity to try out our resume and cover letter builder before deciding to purchase. The ability to print, email, or download your resumes and cover letters are features included in our paid subscription and not listed as a feature of the free account. You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. In order to use all premium features of the service, we offer customers a 14 day access for $1.95 USD and we indicate up front that it will auto renew after the 14 day period and that it can be canceled at any time. The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14-day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation e-mail stating the date and amount of the auto-renewal.
