Purchased an expensive set of drawers. Shipping took a long time. Not only did the pieces arrived dirty and damaged, with the wrong instructions, but it was also the wrong item! Do NOT use this company.

There is poor business management in the company, and it is unacceptable. The company's customer service is inadequate and it does not satisfy customers when it comes to returns. It is unacceptable for them to send me anything else besides a full refund since the product they sent was substandard.In light of the fact that the problem was on their end, it is not too much to ask for a full refund. As of yet, I have not received all of the packages.Attached is a copy of the company policy, and the packages that I have received. I also notified the company in an email when I received the damaged package. Here is a picture of what I received and what I was expecting based on the website picture. The company has committed fraud since they do not want to give me a full refund and asking me to return the damaged product at my expense with a 50% refund.

The company only sent 1/2 the bed pieces and no hand ware! They have yet to issue my money back due to "processing time." DO NOT order anything from this company!

We purchased a table for $1000 dollars when I arrived. And we put it together the quality and durability is way below sturdy or worth the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM looks good over priced junk you have been warned scam site

I ended up ordering a desk for my daughter's room. It took 2 months to arrive. When I opened it I could see it was damaged in the corners of the wood and that the wood was a very poor quality. I immediately requested a return label and refund but after many back and forth emails they would only offer 40%off or I needed to pay to ship it back. I ended up just keeping the desk and taking the 40%off. I put the desk together with much difficulty as the instructions are in Chinese. I used my Google translate photo to help with the building. It's put together but I don't hold out much hope for longevity.

I have ordered a office table on 5th Dec 23 and table arrived in damaged situation on 30th January 24. I have intimated the support team the very next day and until today they have not resolved my query. They tried to offer 10-15% refund but asking me to keep the damaged goods with me. What will I do with that except to throw that $#*!ty piece of goods! I asked them right from day one that refund 100% and take your goods back. They ask me to return the goods at my cost which is not as per UK law. They are doing a fraud business in UK. I have reported that to the consumer court and many credit card companies as they will receive claim against them A LOT in coming days. Please be aware and never never try to buy anything form them as what they show on their website is just a SHAM. Their goods quality and the way they deliver you, the time they take to deliver their goods, their promises on website are all false, fraud and I will surely suggest everyone to take them to consumer court and let court stop their fraud and they should not be allowed to sell in UK with their low quality defective goods.

Zero stars. I ordered a product from LitFad and received in damaged packaging, with missing parts and with a defective product a month later. I was sent an email from LitFad that I had 48h to dispute any difficulties with the product. On the same day of receipt, I sent an email to the company to provide me with return details so that I may return the product. I was sent back an email that they would only refund me 5% of the total product which was $799. I declined, then they said they would refund 10%, I declined. I sent a followup email and they stopped communicating. I'm left with an unusable product and they stole my money. DO NOT USE!

2 of 6 boxes arrived completely destroyed, i have a broken panel w/ chips & scratches on other pieces. Moreover, my remaining shipment is on hold at the delivery center due to a "credit issue" from Litfad's end, did they not pay their bills? Not only did Litfad made me contact their delivery company that THEY hired, find out the problem myself, relayed the issue back to Litfad, they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't call their delivery company and told ME to provide an email or livechat contact. So i did, and still Litfad support was unwilling to help. I tried to find a phone number for Litfad customer service, but there was none, only live chat, this guy took me once again in circles, said he is unable to help via live chat, that i need to go back to emailing Litfad support before hanging up on me. I wish i read these reviews before i bought from them, because i wouldn't have.

EVERYTHING ARRIVED DAMAGED AND MISSING PIECES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND A WASTE OF MONEY! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR PARTNERS!

I ordered a carpet which was smaller than indicated and the colours didn't match the description or the picture and had just terrible quality. Therefore, I wanted to return my order but despite the website stating that this product is eligible for return within 60 days, they didn't let me return the carpet, stating that I have to pay shipping myself and can only receive a refund of 5%! If that is not seriously fraudulent behaviour, I don't know what is! DO NOT ORDER!

Don't order from this company. Their products will arrive damaged and they will not refund you. If you try to start a return, they will only give you you partial money back if you leave a 4-5 star, positive review. They do not follow their return policy. The items are not as pictured and will show up damaged because it's shipping from overseas. Warning! Don't buy from here.

Item arrived damaged, box open. Quality is really poor. Ordered the white desk but the inside is brown, the finish is really tacky if there is one as it's none existent in places.
They are refusing to refund so will contact PayPal

Do not buy from Litfad. Their lights are not to Canadian code. They offered me a 5% refund when I asked to return it. Also the act like the site is local, it's not, it's in China. This is a full scam.

We ordered a $900 office desk from Litfad, the parts came damaged, we contacted the customer service at Litfad, they said they would refund only 5% of the item price. We are left with broken parts of wood, that just need to be in garbage. Litfad is a fraud company.

I was sold a poor quality unsafe light fitting for £154 they refused return address then sent an invalid one I did not get a refund reported to trading standards and to the fraud department of the bsnk

I have ordered a coffee table. Received it after a while. It was not as described. Very cheap looking. I tried to contact them for return. They did not respond till I tried to contact paypal for help. After several months, they finally said I have to pay for the delivery fee, (which cost a lot since it comes from overseas) to refund me my money back or I can accept 20% of my money and hold the item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this site. It is a scam. No one will help you and trust me, you will not receive the items which are in the pictures on their site.
