This company does not stand by their products. I ordered a red ceramic sink in early Feb. 2024. It arrived in April 3 totally shattered. I sent pictures of the damage to the shipping box and the sink with a request for a refund. They did not comply and promised a replacement. I responded that I did not want a replacement just a refund. Another sink showed up on April 13- also broken. Sent the requested pictures. There is no way to talk to a human; all communication is done via email.
They offered a reimbursement of 50% of the $500+cost. I declined. I have filed a claim with PayPal, and a report to AARP fraud division, BBB, the FBI and the Texas Attorney general. None were very encouraging about getting any satisfaction since the company is housed in China. First time I have been scammed. I'm surprised that the US has so little control over damages caused by foreign companies.

There is nothing new, SPAM! No quality, no service, nothing. Their location is in China. You never received what you just paid but if so 99,9% will be damaged or way off what you seen on the picture.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever been in contact with. Their shipping takes FOREVER, and forget about trying to reason with their customer service if something goes wrong. It's impossible. Please for your own sake, stay away. It's a scam. They will never refund you and do everything they can to lie and make you keep their product. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a table and chairs for the kitchen. The table is excellent, I really like it. The chairs are not what I expected. But the company's customer service was fantastic and we found a satisfactory solution.

Ordered a desk. Only part came with first shipment. When I inquired they agreed to ship the top. What they eventually sent did not fit the bases. They would not provide a refund or shipment of the correct desk top. They wanted me to pay to return the item after they sent the wrong thing. To top it off they want me to hire and pay for someone to fix it. Litfad is a complete scam. I'm out $1000. Their prices are too good to be true. Look up the reviews! My story is similar to many others. Wish I had done my research before buying from them.

I ordered an island from this company. The product was damaged they would not return it and they would not refund my money. I sent them pictures and they tried to negotiate by starting with 10% back. This island was over $2400. Then the next time they offer 20% back. I got them up to 40% back and then they refused to do that. Save yourself time and money the product was very cheaply made.

They advertise products that are cheap as more expensive, high quality products. DO NOT buy from these people. They lie about their products and do not stand behind what they sell. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered a coffee table, this arrived 2 weeks later than scheduled in a battered damaged box with the sides open. Inside the polystyrene was crushed to bits with no protection whatsoever. The item was not at all what it was described as very cheap looking and not black like described, it had a shiny white underneath, wasn't the size it said either.That aside the product was damaged. Customer service want to refund me 5% of this damaged item to keep it and seem to be refusing me a refund at all costs.

I thought this was a UK based company but they actually are based in China. I have 2 kids with autism and need sturdier furniture. I found a heavy duty plastic dresser and purchased it for $200 + $70 for shipping. Its quality is terrible and it took 7 weeks to arrive. Total waste of time and money.

Purchased lighting from them and items shipped were missing pieces. When I contacted them there was no response and no support given. My best suggestion would be to stay clear and buy lighting somewhere else.

Photo of small damage was 1st shipment. Photos of larger damage were from 2nd shipment. Advertised item as stone. I've never saw a stone that is colored only on the outside, then white underneath. Customer service is non existent.

CHEAP CRAP! Ordered a rug that deceptively looks nice on their glamorized webpage - only to get an 8x10 rug that weighed less than a bath towel - and was as flimsy as one too- cheap thin foam backing on a sparsely shagged out rug - so flimsy you could wad it up in your hand!
Tried to work to return- first they said outright no- then the more i explained it was returning it due to poor quality they kept offering a 10% refund- then a 20% then a final 30% refund with me paying the return shipping -- all this AFTER they made me take pics of all sides of the box and the carpet too --- what a horrible business-- DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Soon as I got the packages and was late I knew it was gonna be broken inside. Company sent me damaged sinks and wanted send me another one I said no cause I'm sure be broken too I ask for full refund then they wanted negotiate to give me 40 percent and that's when I had enough after 4 days of back and fourth and report to my bank. If they send me shipping labels they can have there broken $#*! back if not it's trash. If a company is real they would have business insurance to protect them and cover for damages.

Ordered a vanity and it came chipped and damaged because the quality is so incredibly poor it stood no chance during shipping. Incomprehensible instructions (not that I will even bother to put it together- it's trash), customer service is a scam. I'm having to dispute this with my CC company. Spent $704. For something that makes Ikea look like RH

I placed an order online for a reading table in February.I have received couple of weeks ago. It's completely different than I ordered. They do cheating with customer. I asked them to take it back as it was wrong product was delivered. Initially they star bargaining with me 5% off from the original price then 40%.So unprofessional customer service.Yesterday I received a email and asked me to send it back to them by my own cost.You need to be very careful if you would like purchase anything from them.

I received my items and was concerned because the package had a huge hole in it. I opened the item and of course it was bent and scratched. They said they would refund me 10%. I said no I want to return for a full refund. They proceed to then mistake the return policy even after I sent several pictures showing the damages. Then after I said no several times, they then told me they thought the product looked fine and I would have to pay for shipping it back. Thank goodness for chargebacks because I would be out $$$. Such a SCAM!

Ordered a bookcase for my daughters bedroom just after Christmas, waited 2 months for it to arrive only to find that many of the wooden pieces are damaged. I emailed the customer service team and they responded quickly and efficiently at first. However, once I sent over multiple pictures and video clips proving damage to the product, they suddenly stopped replying to my emails. I have sent two emails chasing up the issue since with no response. Awful company, shocking customer service and products that are cheaply made and just aren't worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone!
