I purchased a desk from this company. So its my mistake for not reading the reviews before ordering. However the order was placed for a standard delivery which from memory i think was between 30 and 40 days. I contacted the company and asked for a quicker delivery and was charged an additional amount, however the delivery took 31 days. On opening the packaging and checking the numerous componants which were OK but not good, just acceptable. I then find all the instructions are in Chinese. Firstly i emailed the company to ask for english instructions. I explained the web site was in English, the payment was in English pounds to be delivered to an English address. One would expect it to be obvious that i was English. This is where it went down hill, as the customer services rep said that they dont have them in English., but would get back to me in a couple of days. I explained this is no good as i have all the items spread across my office floor. This did not make an ounce of difference and replies of be patient were received. I then went onto the chat line and explained, after 4 yes 4 hours i received a reply of ------Feel sorry.
Our product department is still working hard to process the instructions.
We will send you instructions as soon as possible.
Please wait,thank you for your understanding. I then paid £50 to an interporator to translate the instuctions and asked Litfad for a refund of £50, but received a pre written reply which basically said NO. DO TRUST THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEARLY LOST SIGHT OF WHO THE CUSTOMER IS. Just hope my complaint to the parent company produces action before i consult solicitors
Further to the above - i am updating my review. Now i am being told in order to refund my £50 i must change my review to a good one

I ordered a piece of furniture about 2-3 months ago, still haven't recieved it. The tracking numbers they've given were bogus (not recognized by the tracking company, or universal tracking sites like 17track). They refuse refunds saying they'll refund 10% If I remove my negative reviews... all while I haven't actually recieved my $400 item, currently disputing the transaction with PayPal.
Do not purchase from there, it is a scam. Products to not look like photos and you will never get a refund. They keep offering you discounts which you will never received.
I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with Litfad to warn other potential customers about the issues I faced. I placed Order for four Light Gray Bar Stools on 3rd April 2024, costing £473.35, with an additional £90 for expedited delivery, which never occurred.
Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:
When the stools finally arrived on 17th May 2024, they were extensively damaged and unusable, with torn cushions and damaged legs. The quality was far below what was advertised on their website.
Failed Expedited Delivery:
Despite paying £90 for expedited air freight delivery, it did not happen. After much back-and-forth, Litfad refunded this amount, acknowledging their failure to meet the service promise.
Non-Compliance with Return Policy:
Litfad's 14 Days DOA Product Guarantee clearly states that they are responsible for covering return shipping fees for damaged goods and issuing a full refund. Despite this, Litfad has consistently refused to provide a pre-paid return label or cover the return shipping costs. They only offered partial refunds, starting from 5% and going up to 60%, and eventually offered 80% if I left a positive review. This practice is unethical and compromises consumer rights.
Unethical Practices:
Litfad's offer to increase the refund to 80% on the condition that I leave a positive review is not only unethical but also misleading to other potential customers. I refuse to participate in such deceptive practices.
Communication Issues:
I have sent a total of 11 emails regarding the air freight communication and 22 emails reporting the damage and requesting a full refund as per the agreed terms. The responses have been slow, inadequate, and often contradictory.
Conclusion:
Litfad has failed to honor their written representations and agreed terms of sale. Their refusal to provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs for damaged goods clearly violates consumer rights and their own return policy. The continued back-and-forth has caused significant inconvenience, as the damaged stools are taking up valuable space in my home.
I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers about the potential risks of shopping with Litfad. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for your furniture needs.

Schemers… Terrible company! Advise that no one never ever purchase anything from this place. They post beautiful pictures and charge a premium price for pieces and things arrive ultra delayed, their quality is super poor (totally different from pictures) and finally the items got completely damaged at my address and the company refuses to give me return and refund
HORRIBLE Customer Service
Took a month to arrive. Box damaged, the furniture in literal pieces. TERRIBLE customer service, just like the other reviews! Asked for a full refund, and they want to "negotiate" with you, and not listen to the refund request. WHO does that?! They first offered just a replacement. When I kept saying no, I wanted a refund, they then offered replacement plus 5% refund. Then replacement plus 15%. Finally I charged it back to the card. This is what they need more of, to wake them up to reality and scamming doesn't pay!
Entire company is a scam (consult IG page dedicated to the issue please). My specific order was a lamp that required me to connect over 100 wires myself in an unsafe way…
Litfad (Scammer & Fraud) kept emailing me <*******@litfad.com> for three weeks, offering 5%, 10% then 15%, 20% 30% 40% 50% final refund if I would revise my review and give them more stars up to max. Even their customer VP *******@litfad.com got involved and is a fraud. They are so un-ethical because after we agreed on 2-3 would be most, and then they did not refund anyway. They are liars, unethical, fraudulent and will scam you to the max, and waste your time. Their products are worthless….read the reviews in all categories…trouble abounds.
Litfad is a Scam...re-inforced Scammer. Litfad is a Fraud. Bought a light and the chandelier bulbs require some China size not available in the USA. What a scam! What a fraud! They, then want me to fedex it back to China for over $500 then they'll then give a refund. What fools they are! Email must be by automatic A.I. That has no capacity of understanding.
LITFAD is a fraud of a company! People be ware and nothing can be returned to/at China prices. Don't be fooled by this company!

Ordered items months ago. After several emails and messages sent they sent a half hearted stupid reply which didn't make sense. Tracking details after several requests were wrong and fraudulent, didn't exist.
AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
I purchased a coat hanger 5 weeks ago and they sent a confirmation and tracking information within a week. The tracking information said it was in California and waiting on customs. One month later, it is still in California with the same information, NO CHANGE. I cannot get a refund and cannot get a better date for delivery. This is unacceptable.
I ordered a desk in 3 months ago. It has not arrived. Litfad cannot provide an update other than to say it is lost in a storm.
They are refusing a refund until the desk arrives and is then returned- although they don't know where it is to know when that will be. It means that at best I will wait 6 months based on current time scale and at worst- they have ripped me off and I will have nothing.
My sons 13th birthday has well gone!
In January I ordered a cabinet and two rugs from Litfad. 16 weeks later I am still waiting for one of the rugs and the cabinet. They keep telling me the items are still in transit. For two weeks I have been asking for a refund so I can reorder from somewhere else and they don't seem to want to give me a refund instead they keep offering me a % off. First it was 5% then 10% and now 20%. I just want a refund. 16 weeks is far to long to wait for anything. By the time it arrives it could be another 16 weeks as its apparently still in transit. I would never buy from this company again and I stronger advise against anyone else buying from them. I am unable to leave photos as I haven't received the goods
We ordered the "Glam Round Marble Dining Set in White with Black Metal Pedestal" along with 5 chairs.
- At the time of purchase, nowhere on the website did it say that the table and chairs came from China and that it would take two months (!) to be delivered to us. An omission that could be construed as misleading advertising.
- When we received the chairs, they were all stained. And the legs were missing screws: I had to go and buy some at the hardware store!
- The marble table top was delivered after the rest. It was delivered by just one person, even though the table is very, very heavy. The delivery man couldn't have done it alone. I had to help him. Is this normal? Worse than that: It's obvious that the marble was broken during production and badly repaired: you can see a "scar" all along the table!
- I contacted the customer service several times to find out the status of the delivery. The answers were very casual: "you'll have to wait". It was only after a lot of insistence on our part that we received more information, which consisted of the numbers of the parcels that were going to be delivered. What did these numbers mean and what did the parcels contain? A mystery. It's not serious.
They pretend to be a uk company but is actually is China. They give you untraceable tracking information for shipment.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service from this company!
I ordered a stainless corner shower around first week February 2024, the invoice / info stated delivery@ approximately 4-6 weeks.
I finally got ahold of someone early last month, they blamed the delay on Chinese New Year.
I was told I should get it around April 20th...
This is now May 6th and I haven't heard a word from them,...to make matters worse their customer service page shows unavailable. 😕!
The image of the item is not what I received. The instructions are in Chinese and the instructions images are unreadable as their toner was going out. Buyer beware. Would not do business with them. Note no reviews on their website, red flag!
I bought the Scandanavian wood bed frame on 1/27/24 which was shipped from China with no protective package. The shipment arrived a month later damaged with parts missing. The product came unfinished — there was no mention of that in the description, and the photo of the product looked finished. Quality was poor, wood slats are very thin. The wood has a pungent smell that fade a tad but does not go away. The company does not accept refunds unless you file a case and then Litfad will allow a refund if you ship the product back to China at your expense which took 3 months to resolve. It was actually more cost effective to trash but what a waste, not to mention the impact on the environment! I deeply regret this purchase.
What you see on the litfad website is not what you get. They are using high-quality item photos from other company's items, then cheaply manufacturing their version that is nothing like portrayed, it's the Chinese bait and switch tactics. Customer service is a joke all they do is try to haggle with you till your are happy and don't listen. Im still missing 2 items after I believe 3 months now and all they want to do is reship the items. The items I did get, 1 was damaged and unusable, all customer services response is they want to reship a new item ( the counterfit ones, Not getting what was picture in the photo) and give me a certain percentage off. Now they are saying I only have the 2 options they present which is still reshipping the counterfit item and a discount... when I've requested multiple time I want a full refund. Save yourself some money, disappointment, and a headache and buy somewhere else.
Update: They tried to agree to a refund however only if I changed my 1 star review to say I was satisfied with my customer service experience... and since I refused to change my feedback they said it against their policy to issue a refund till that is changed.
I ordered 2 items they all damaged and parts missing it took over 3 months still parts missing utter scam frustrating quality
I bought a desk from the website on the 17th of February 2024 which never arrived. Every email they send me was telling to be patient and they over 5% discount but its been 2months since I ordered it. I had to phone my credit card company to raise a dispute to get my money back. I personally think they are scammers and will never recommend them and best stay from their website. If there was a negative star rating that's what I would have given them.
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
