Arrived damaged, broken glass, scratched pieces, chipped corners. Spray paint on the chair cushion. Very poor quality. Took over 30 days to arrive. Would NEVER purchase again.
I ordered a desk and when it finally arrived it was severely broken with several missing pieces. They offered to resend the broken pieces (but as soon as I declined due to moving house soon, I then asked for a refund which they refused and asked to resend better pictures, highlighting the damage (the damage was so severe, this was laughable at this point). I continued to ask for a refund, they said they would only do this if I sent the desk back to them, again, not possible due to moving home. After an uncomfortable and lengthy debate I settled for 40% refund and no replacements. Will never be buying from them again. 'QA' is quoted on their website. I am not sure this exists, a bit like the customer service.
Sent me a defective product. Claim they cannot open my word doc of photos, jpg photos, pdf photos and a video I sent them. Then they offer me 10% refund on a defective product instead of honoring their return policy.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
They receive my payment but I never receive the good. Then they sent a fake picture of my door which did not match with the real one.
Just re great sending them a picture of my door as they can edit things to continuing scamming others.

These guys are absolute crooks. We purchased through their website. Received our wardrobe with no instructions. Definitely missing some parts, but who knows if we are missing more. What good is a piece of furniture if you have no way of knowing how to properly assemble it? Customer service is a joke. Wish I would have done more research before buying from this business.
I ordered 2 desks with shelving, all white. They took over 2 months to arrive. When they did, 1 box was almost shredded. The desk badly damaged and no instruction manual. Just a blue parts sheet in Japanese. The other box and desk had minor damage, chips & scuffs. But the manual was for a different desk altogether. The advertised item was all white. What I received, was white with brown backs. Their customer service has done nothing to help or compensate. What a horrible company/product!
They take months to send you very damaged goods and then they refuse to refund your money. Scammers.
I have received my order this week. I'm very unhappy with it:
- 1st the cardboard was in a very bad shape when i received it. Open on the edge
- when i open it a cockroach was inside!
- all the pieces were dirty and with polystyrene everywhere
- the quality is very bad: drawer damaged and when i screw one of the leg, the quality is so bad that the screw break away of the leg, so the desk could not even stand up.
I tried to contact them, and it is a stupid bot that answer that say that it is not their faul. They suggested a 5% refund!
I ordered a cal king size bed from Litfad. We put it together, despite the fact that paint kept on chipping off of the metal frame. It was for a guestroom, so we thought we would hire somebody to repaint the bed. Once we put it all together, we tried to put the mattress on it. Lo and behold, the bed is 3 to 4 inches too short. We tried to put the mattress on it. Hard to believe that when you order a California king size bed, you got a non-specific size frame. I repeatedly wrote to Litfad ( there is no phone number) asking them to pick up the bed and refund my money. First they offer 10%, then 20%, then 30%, then 40%, like it was some kind of running joke. Finally, I told them I would just deal with visa. When I called Visa, they said they would handle a 100% refund due to the fraudulent nature of this company.
Buyer beware. Crazy terrible company.
Ordered a desk, delivered a box of smashed up bits as it had no packing materials! When contacted customer service they argued that they had delivered the parts. Only way for a full refund was to ship a box of "fire wood" back to China which would have cost more than the desk. Customer services were useless. I ended up getting a 50% refund for a box of rubbish shipped half way across the world.
Avoid the company.

I ordered 6 chairs months ago, and I keep emailing for follow up but the bots have an autoresponse email and no one will reply. They wont issue a refund. They are major fraudsters! DO NOT SHOP HERE. I think its all fake.
Order took almost 3 weeks longer than the original 10 week period. Eventually the chair arrived and was not only not the material described, nothing like the picture but also the mechanism inside the head rest is broken and will not click back, after 42 emails back and forth they are refusing to refund me a full refund. I am now about to commence legal proceedings to try and hold this 'company' accountable! They should not be allowed to get away with it! SCAM SITE PLEASE AVOID
No phone number and no address and zero responsibility, no cancellation and no refund. The shipping takes more than 2 months from China. The worst experience I had. Cheap quality.
I wish I did research on the company and their reviews before purchasing a $230 POS desk chair from their website. The issues started right after I made the purchase. I saw it said "shipped" right after purchase but then saw that it wouldn't be here for a month. I contacted customer service on their website and they said they can't cancel an order after it's been shipped. So I begrudgingly waited for the order to arrive. It finally arrived almost a month after the purchase date. I open it up, notice some issues right away. Hanging threads everywhere, hole in the right arm of the chair, and the back of the chair doesn't even lock making it essentially unusable besides just an uncomfortable stool on wheels. I contacted customer service through litfad's website where they directed me to email *******@litfad.com, who handle's all of their after delivery issues. After giving them my information and sending them pictures of the damage and the box itself, all they could offer me was 5% of my money back if I kept the chair. I said no. Then it became a game of haggling where they offered 10% back, I said no. They offered 20% back, I said no. They then offered 30% back and reminded me that I would be responsible for the shipping costs back to China. After a bit of googling, I realized that it would cost more than the chair is worth to send it back to China. So I accepted the 30% of my money back. This was a very expensive mistake and I hope if anyone is reading this, they stay away from this website, unless they're willing to risk disappointment for the cool looking furniture they have on their website.
We bought a corner bookshelf with 315 dollars. A box of craps! We were expecting a decent quality given the money we spent. However, you received a box with very low quality material plus cracks and chips on every piece. If they look for customer service, They only have an email address from their website and no phone number you can reach. If you sent complain, an email will reply back to you immediately with 10% refund offer. I wish to give them 10% just to pick up the junks and send me the furniture that matches their advertised. Don't try and don't order from this website or brand.
Please don't purchase from this company, always check reviews I wish I had £70 out of pocket now...
Bought a desk unit, took 2 months to receive
Desk top cracked, parts missing, box was obviously opened or bysted and retaped, hardware missing to put together. Asked for a refund over 6 weeks ago, they want me at my cost to ship back to china.
ABSOLUTELY NOT/ have sent over 30 emails.
Have now contacted attorney

Dear Future customers of Litfad,
This is to inform you to stay clear of Litfad online businesses, particularly those living outside China. Litfad is an online scam organisation that uses similar patterns and tricks to defraud its customers. Their online products are either enhanced images or 3-D images. The quality of their products can only be compared to being useless. I bought an office table from Litfad on April 6,2023, with a delivery period of two weeks. Behold, the table was delivered after three months. The table looks good on their website, but when the table was delivered, all components were shattered (broken into pieces), and the wood was made of carbon paper. I contacted Litfad, and they started offering me percentage discounts of 5%, 10%, and 20%, respectively, to stop me from asking for a refund. However, when I insisted on a refund, Litfad gave a condition that was disproportionate, with an intent to force the product on me.
Litfad asked me to send the table to an address in China, which Litfad has provided. The cost of the table was £244.97 GBP, and the return cost was £330 GBP. Litfad has stolen my money and given me a useless and malfunctioning table in return.
My recommendation to future Litfad customers living in the UK, Europe, or outside China is: Do Not patronise Litfad online businesses; otherwise, you will be scammed and live to regret your action.
Litfad desires no star, but to allow me submit this review I have chosen 1 star because there is no option of a zero star.
Litfad stole $185.38 that Klarna helped them get. Do not use either; they are scamming people. I purchased a distressed, huge rug from Lifdat in March 2023. It did not show. Lifdat assured me they would resolve the problem in June. Fed Ex brought a damaged box; you could see the rug was the wrong rug. I refused the rug, Fed Ex took it with him. Litfad pretended they didn't understand what happened or whatcI was talking about. They wouldn't speak to me only email. I called and spoke to Klarna 2x, and emailed them. I alway got do not respond to this email. Litfad wont speak to on the phone by email they act like they dont understand. Klarna sure took the money from my account anyway knowing i did not receive my product. Both are probably Chinese who are hard up for cash! Beware, don't use either. You will get scammed. BBB, HERE WE COME!
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
