Lost my items 2 times now and I ordered back in Feb and it shipped in March, suppose to arrive in May… for nothing
Resent it supposedly and it got lost again… wow what a coincidence again… and now we are in Sept… and still waiting another 4 weeks for my Dining table to come in. These people have no empathy for how much time and money has been wasted here on our end.

Product (a credenza) was late, broken, and missing pieces. I tried to work with them and they told me to fix the item myself, then they tried to buy me off by giving half my money back. Fortunately I got a refund through my credit card company. What a joke!

Total shambles of a company screwed me over good and proper. Raised case with paypal and because I would not send the damaged table back (was going to be in excess of £100) they sided with this scumbag outfit. I urge everyone who has been ripped off to post as many reviews as you can to get these robbing cheats out of business.

They took the money for a dining set (a table and 6 chairs) $1,060.62 with airfreight cost ($350). Nothing is delivered >>> this chinese company is totally a scammer! Stay away!

Very negative as 2 months waiting for delivery not received and not refund l lost my money about £147 customer service not responsible about refund.

These guys are scammers selling junk and will avoid refunding you at all costs.

I purchased a cabinet advertised as having glass doors. When it arrived they were plastic. After clearly selling me a product under false pretenses they refused to issue me a full refund. In the end, I had to raise the issue with Paypal to get my money and still had to pay return shipping to send the item back.

Shopping at liftad.com was by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Do not trust this store!

Do not buy from this company. Products come from China and you can't return it… handles don't match drawers only open 3" if open more drawer falls out not stable moves side to side

I ordered a sturdy looking desk from this company it took 5weeks to arrive I wish it hadn't arrived would have been happier and just got a refund. First picture is what I ordered second picture is what I got steer clear of this company.

I am a US customer and saw a beautiful light fixture where the power is standard 110-120V. The fixture was installed as per Litfad's power source but caused a fire. They are telling me to send back the fixture which is FAR more expensive than the purchase cost.

The fixture is nice, but the light is NOT what they represented.

I purchased a floating TV mount desk July 7 2023, and still as of today we have not received it. I went to their site and it is closed. I lost 261 dollars. And PayPal or my bank will not help me because it has been over a month.

Never again I ordered a $400+ mid century table. What arrived is a terrible attempt of a nasty copy. There are chips, pencil marks on the table. The color is completely off and lack craftsmanship. I asked for refund and like others being offered increased percentage, from 10% to 30%, of refund. I kept being told if I want to return the table it will be expensive at my own cost. Dissolving this to my bank to sort it out. DO NOT order anything from them. Litlads should stop trading!

I recently bought a cute little fan for my little girls room from a chinese company called Liftab. Now when I say a Chinese company, I mean the only thing about this product that is not in Chinese is the advertisements for sale in american web pages. The box is covered with Chinese, the instructions are chinese even the markings on the wires are chinese. I emailed them for instructions- they sent me a set for some fan, the instructions for how to operate the remote were still in chinese and were not for the remote I was sent in the original email. So I asked again for Instruction for electric schematic in english and they wrote back that they had given me the instructions in english. I was beginning to believe that no one in the company spoke english. Now they sent me some genetic instructions that still did not include the wiring instructions in english, and they sent me two instructional videos for installation. You will not believe this but the two video's were for Chinese period piece kung fu movies. At this point I asked for my money back. They wrote back and asked me to take pictures of all the wiring so they could write some instructions for installation. It suddenly hit me that this is the USA, not China, why should I have to go through all of this? I spent 27 years as the Chief Building Inspector for a large jurisdiction just north of Washington DC. Perhaps you have heard the expression "inside the beltway:, that's us. I also served as a Fire Marshal and on the Emergency Management Team. I am very familiar with Electrical equipment and in my latter career I served as Senior Electric Plans review for fast track planning. I suddenly realized this product has to be UL listed and labeled for sale and distribution in the united states, It is neither. I have composed a mailing list with NFPA, UL, ICC and various Senators to send this list to.

Ordered a few pieces off of their site to save money. It's not worth it. The items are OK quality not high. Their return policy clearly states that if you don't like something I would like to return it they'll give you your money back minus the shipping fees and associate from their company told me that they would only give me 10 to 20% refund. It also takes a month or more to receive your items. They gave me the wrong tracking information for my stuff associates kept telling me that it was coming in September and it actually arrived two weeks early. They were unaware.

They do not honor their return policy. They say they do returns but what they do is offer you 5% refund and that's with you sending them the purchased item back. So if you buy a $500 item and want to return it they will only refund $25! It's outrageous and a total scam. Their products are not quality. I ordered stools that I'm the pictures looked nice a beautiful rattan, I got cheap plastic with an ugly orange color to it. Their customer service is quick to respond but isn't helpful at all.

They sell junk. Items arrived broken. Company refused to credit unles I shipped it back at my cost.

Do not use this company having order a computer desk for my autistic son then waiting for 2months it arrived in a scruffy torn box on opening box to start assembly quickly realised that half the desk top was missing we got in touch with them they asked for the dimensions of the missing part which we sent to them they agreed to send this to me. Having trying to explain to my son why he could not have his desk yet we then waited a further 2months a delivery arrived I was given a package that was half the size of my arm and as wide as my hand new immediately this was not what I had been waiting for. Opened it to find a slat of wood that was broken in half not the other half of the desk that was described as part b in the assembly instructions I was furious as I now had to explain yet again to my son who had been asking all the time when he could have is desk. When contacting this company again they said the matter is now closed and we're satisfied they had completed this deal.all that we can do now is take the package to the skip as I CANT put together half a desk this cost 133 pound and was is birthday present. Please don't use this scam so called company.

I found a nice looking table approximately $400. Shipping was quick and it looks like all the parts are in the box. One problem… no instructions on how to put this thing together and lots of holes that required screws& nails etc… I am beyond frustrated. It's my fault. I didn't notice no reviews on the website itself and no reviews on the products. I didn't even look to see it was foreign. I am guessing i just threw away $400. My husband is pissed and told me never to order from the Chinese again. Let's not even forget that I have styrofoam all over my floors. Oh you can return it if you put it back in the box. I had to cut the box open to get it all out.

I have furnished my attic with dresser, bed, and two nightstands All came in good condition. I had frequent contact with the company which answered every email the same day often the same hour. The queen bed was OK quality its a just lower end wood but very attractive and matches, and looks like it did in the online pics. The dresser and nightstand are of a better "rubber wood" finish which I like very much. The pricing was appropriate for what I got. The dresser I think is worth more than what they charge but it comes entirely in pieces and every piece has to be put together About 3 hours but went together fairly well (minor task but had to move a few drill holes) looks very nice, drawers have a nice solid feel. I had a minor indent in one or two places that don't really show. I mentioned that and got $50 back which I didn't ask for, as I am quite happy with the dresser And lastly, a related company on Amazon, Craftthink, sold me the bed I thought it came with drawers under it but it didn't I mentioned that to Craftthink and Litfad and they sent the drawers no extra charge even though it was my mistake and the drawers should have added a couple of hundred cost. At least with me they have been excellently responsive and I am very happy with my dealings Their responsiveness was timely as well IMO generous.

Table arrived damaged! They sent replacements which was also damaged! Cheap rubbish how they still operate is beyond me

This company is in complete violation of the Consumer Fair Protection Act. This act Protects consumers from predatory businesses. This company is selling used items, garbage and missing part items as new products. Buyer beware. I have reported them to Google legal department to have their website removed and all ads removed from the search engine. I am reaching out to those who were scammed by this company to do the same and file a report.
