Bad

Don't do business with them. The light I got was falling apart and rated at 240v, not rated at 120v which was specified in the description. I contacted them and asked for refund, but they said, 240v is fine just use it. So I asked them to find a section in the US electrical code stating "240v rated appliances are safe to use on 120v". Then they said "it's just a typo on the sticker. It's actually 120v." After casually chatting with them asking to refund like that although of course that's not happening, just went to the credit card company saying I tried, but they are not taking responsibility. Got the money back.

This place is a scam. Do not shop here. The items they send you are not the items in the picture. They are pieces of crap they built themselves. And once you realize that they will not return your money. They are stealing from you. Do not shop from them.

Ridiculous

We ordered a computer desk in March. We later found out it would take 2 months to arrive. It finally did, the day after we left the state for a family death. When we assembled the desk, we found they did not send the desk we ordered. It was no longer available. We tried to order a second desk that was on their website. It was no longer available. Same thing with a third desk. We tried for a fourth, finally got an answer to a question that told us that desk wouldn't work for us. There were no more options. We requested a refund. All they could offer was 60% of our purchase price. It took six months to go through this hassle. Buyer beware!

Terrible!

Terrible, awful, no good, very bad! DO NOT ORDER from here! Ordered one item on 9/3/23 and when I contacted customer service to see where the item was, I was told it would not be delivered until 11/16/23 (IF even then). Customer service was entirely unhelpful and unapologetic. The website deceives you to seem like it will deliver in a timely way or cancellation/returns are possible, however, I can NOT cancel my order! Call it a scam and purchase from another company.

Misleading. Dishonest

BEWARE! This company represents itself as based in London. In reality, it is based in China. It has no customer's service, and you are stuck with the product if something goes wrong. Their answer is " you are responsible for returns which is very expensive". With this, they force you to keep the product. Stay away from them!

I placed an order for an item which I received almost 4 weeks later.
Upon opening I discovered that is smaller than the place where should be attached and I reached out to return it or have it exchanged.
They do not even want to discuss any issues.
Flat said - that's the item and no we ll not help you!
Do not buy from the company.
They are foreign( Chinese) more than likely and customer service is not something they are interested in.
They are fast to collect and after that you are in your own!

PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND FRUSTRATION! Product quality is the worst, incomplete parts, customer service are stupid and play with your time … paid extra for express shipping and relieved extremely late, incomplete and they didn't honor their return policies. They have stupid answers and after 70 emails I had to dispute charge through my credit card because they are stupid and unresponsive.

WARNING! Do not by any means buy anything from this company, LitFad! They are untrustworthy unreliable scammers who absolutely don't care about the clients. The only think they do fast and without delay - is to debit your account for the order they later fail to deliver. The rest is a total disgrace. After waiting 1,5 months for my order I received the information that it somehow had not been sent or was returned to the sender with no reason at all. When I asked to cancel it, seeing that they confirmed that the item was with them, they offered to RESEND it with shy 5% discount. Then 10% discount/ THREE times I tried to require cancellation of the undelivered by their fault order, but to no avail. They keep replying that they want to resend the item. And considering that the shipment cost would obviously be bigger than the simple refund of the order cost this attitude amazed even more.
So my sincere warning to all - avoid buying anything from these retailers. They are complete scams. Google the reviews - there are plenty of devastated and disappointed customers out there.

Dangerous product for kids!

The product I bought (Modern Pink Kids Closet Wooden High Gloss 1-Drawer Kid's Wardrobe) is not only bad, it's dangerous. DO NOT BUY IT FOR YOUR KIDS. Here are the issues I had and I had to communicate it with the support team who basically gave me some generic answers with no help. Such a shame!

- the two drawers don't have hinges. My 2.5 year old already dropped one drawer on her foot trying to open it.

- the product is so wobbly, it was almost falling on my daughter.

- there are no wall fasteners and the product can easily fall.

- one piece was broken (I have already sent the picture).

- there was no assembly instructions.

- pieces were not even labeled, so I had to guess what goes where.

- two of the doorknob heads (the Mickey Mouse ones) came off.

They have the worst customer service. I was transferred to vip support for them to give me the same response as general support. The color of the product online is completely different in person. They keep saying they can't control screens but I have three different screens and all looks the same on the devices but not in person. They want me to return and pay for the return. Well I bought a desk so it'll cost me more in shipping so not worth it. Do not buy from here ever

Scam

This company is a total scam. It took 3 months for the parcel to arrive. The piece was not real wood as described, but fake plastic wood. The whole thing was impossible to mount: instructions were only written in Chinese. When I asked them for a return address they said returns were not an option, so I lost my money. Now I am left with a worthless piece of garbage in my house, and I lost 200$.

This is scam

I order toilet, I was waiting 2 months didn't get it,called Fedex and asked why my package stuck in one location, they told me is damaged, the company sent me second one,came in 2 months this time but it was damaged really badly, the pacing was a joke. With Litfad u can contact for refund only by email we all know what that means...I call same day to credit card and told that that transaction was a spam still don't know what will be but hope I get my money back. People stay away from Litfad

Litfad cloth rack

I hv paid $200+ for a cloth rack, the product that I received can b easily cost me less that $100. Super disappointed with Litfad's product. Look at the joints, I couldn't believe it that the workmanship can be this horrible.

I ordered 2 light fixtures and they did not work for me. When I reached out about the return they said that they don't provide refunds. All they can offer me is 10 percent of the original price I paid. On the website, they claim that you can return but you have to pay for shipping back and that would be ok but they are refusing a refund altogether. Their customer support is absolutely terrible. Worst experience with an online retailer. Never order anything again from them.

Poor customer service. Instructions did not come with the product. Professional handyman could not put it together because parts are missing and holes misaligned. Cannot get a response from customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Litfad!
I am sorry I did not read the reviews before purchasing. Money lost!

Covered in rust

Ordered a children's desk. Paid $150. It came dented and chipped but the worst part was the legs were RUSTED shut. They offered me 5% return. Or new legs. I can't change the legs because the screws are covered in rust. It's as if it was already rusty they just spray painted on top of it. What a joke. Dispute the charges with your bank. It's the only way to get your money back from them.

******* not even 1 star... Litfad is a scam, dont waste your time and money. I ordered my table in Feb this year... and its now September and its been lost for a 3rd time and no item still and no money back! Don't purchase from them... I'll send you all me email threads they just pull your leg for 5-6 weeks at a time making you wait all over for a product they are never sending.! And no money back! No one to speak to but some idiot on some emails... don't buy from them! Im still waiting and it's been over 6 months...

This company sells Counterfeit products very low quality!
On top of that, they sent us 3 completely different pendants that looked the same until we hooked them up and turned the electricity on.

Company refused to provide the prepaid return label for the completely wrong items they sent and refused to refund the completely wrong items! This is horrible! The customer support is horrible. The products are cheap counterfeit items that don't even match what they show on the website.
